Yes thank you ThanksDana. I alluded to that in the earlier post. My issue was there was not another buy signal, and the new daily pivots were lower than the previous day's pivots, which would in effect lower the TP. I closed the trade with about 7 pips profit, so I guess it is a null and void issue now anyhow.
The Brexit deal has been done. Saturday Britain parliament will vote on this deal. next week market may open with a gap.still be carful about GBP.

If none of systems on ff work, why dont u just trade against them, BTM arrow sell then just buy, ez money right, lol. Dude, just what the f*** did u do past ten years? Ignoring first page, going to last page, find and test EA lol
BTM would it be possible to get an alert coded into the D trend indicator that sends an alert when price gets outside the trend bands?

You ask us to manage a trade you took when TP1 was outside of bands. That is against rules...you made that decision yet did not consider an exit strategy? Now you are asking for help?
Ok here is my advice...close all trades immediately. Go to Babypips and/or Rookie Talk forum here in FF and "Learn first then remove the L"

Duhhhh ... why do you think I said it was a demo account?? Plus I did this on automatic because a guy named delvecchio said he was doing pretty good with it on automatic and default settings. I kind of wish you'd get your facts straight before commenting.

In all fairness to BTM, I have an updated pic attached. If I had been watching this live I would have closed out somewhere on the highest candle that almost hit TP. Another point I'd like to make ... the currency strength meter had GBP listed as #1 and the USD listed as #6 ... I thought I had a sure thing as those currencys held those same positions for several days prior.

As far as what I had been doing for the past ten years ... I joined FF 10 years ago, but stopped coming over here after about a year. I came back a little over a year ago and was surprised to see my old account still active.

Paracel Islands, eh? Where do you go shopping? DaNang? I was over there in 1970 ... QuiNhon ... Vung Chua mountain. I'd love to go back just to see how much things have changed. In my opinion, Vietnam was/is a beautiful country!

- Sorry, maybe i trolled u too much. Your gu trade earlier, u wouldn't take it if u manual trade because price near upper band. Some one here have good results with auto trading, simply because this system has good win rate and good risk/reward ratio. If manually trade u can filter bad trades, trailling sl good trade, move tp to higher... Long story short u can optimize trade when manual trade, ea just some lines of code, not an AI. And even u still prefer auto trade, some lose trade didnt prove anything, an ea need years to be consider profitable or not.
- when u said no system on ff work, i dont know u meant only ea or both ea and strategies. About ea, maybe u are right, i know some ea actually make money consistent over time but most of them are personal ea, their owner dont share it freely or it has expiration date and no update anymore. About strategies, u are totally wrong, i think 80% strategies in ff work, the difference is their easy to follow or not. Long story short again, "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch" u cant find an holy grail ea freely, if u trade manually u need to work hard to understand and master its method.

first of all, thank you for your fixing problem (if there was) with your friend, this shows us you are very mature.
2nd,i agree with you about manual trading. manual trading is the best filter for any kind of trading system.there is no ea can understand yesterday we were facing the Brexit decision,but a human can.
of course no one can sit on PC all the time,or maybe some people doing forex trading as a second job,thats no problem for them to use ea,but they have to accept the EA consequences,for example ea can not understand major news that not published on eco calendar , the ea can not use S/R,price action,market sentiment,indicator based strategy all together,... so you must accept if you are using ea instead of manual trading , you may some times hit SL or may not profitable all the time.
What about this setup? Seems good entry even if market is ranging

Hi BTM

Can you perhaps shed some light on some of the fundamentals and slight technical nuances of trading this system.

The rules are straightforward and can be followed with no discretion required. However looking at your results you have exceptional high winning rates, which tells me that you have lots of experience in understanding the market behavior.

Additional to the main rules would you say the following is important? :

1) Don't trade against any 4 hour support and resistance. Additionally there should be enough room for TP to any upcoming S/R

2) Don't place any trades within an hour before any pair that has a RED news events

3) Don't place multiple trades of the same currency if you receive a signal at more or less the same time

4) Trading the strongest moving pairs (currency strength meter)
What do you think about set a trade when the bar close out of the D indicator bands to inside the bars?
Sorry, that I can not trade this strategy manually because of 15m TF. Thanks to this thread for some ideas, that I am trying to use for trading higher TF.
Personally I can say, that running Dashboard EA + Partial Close EA (by Ah Ong) since 1st of October till yesterday (on VPS) gave me bad results. I saw that some others had very good results. As far as I understand, they did not use BE (as I did), only TP2 or SL. Probably, this is the reason for such difference in our results. Overall, I am not too much excited about EAs, it is necessary to look at EA for at least 2-3 months on demo before placing it on real account. Funny, when people make conclusions about EA after 1-2 days or profitable week using EA.
