Yeah, it's not a definite indicator by no means. I use it as a preliminary condition: if either average is above ~70 -> a stop-run is possible, if both below ~70 -> a stop-run is not likely

yes on an average 20/80 or 30/70 could mean some contrarian to be careful just like a RSI on something especially on EU should work

Weekly and daily range high is @1.1122

My sell limit is pending at 1.1118.

If brexit deal happens, I'm looking at 1.1145. <---- 50% fib.

Right now it's just the DUP that's holding things up. My guess is they want some kind of political mileage out of boris.

But lets be real, nobody wants to be known as the party that pooped on everyone. My hunch is they will ultimately accept, but only after they made boris give them something. That's how politics work.

I'm putting some buy limit @1.1108
Will add more if it goes lower
