gbpusd last week banks drop their ratio of net short positioning from 81% to 78%... for 3% 500 pips move up ..
sell strength in falling markets, and buy weakness in rising markets.

You get this "not a QE" move from the fed.

Well... this move is dollar bearish for sure. Question is will the market react today or after next week's holiday. I probably would consider shorting dollars next week.
