Did the Richmond Fed number of -2, as opposed to the predicted 9 cause the gap drop in USD pairs around 14:30 GMT? (Or was it my broker) And what does this mean for the Interest rate statement that is due out Wednesday??

Well... Good. IBFX has had some connection issues lately, I was wondering if this was that, or the market moved. but anyway.... How is this going to play into tomorrow's news??
