Yes you are right in what you say.
When you read the thread (or even the last few pages) you will understand what is happening with the dots and how to trade them (there are two ways).

I encourage you to go back and see if you can see what I mean...

Without using MTF of indies. Only current
And here on TF M15 but any TF >= M15 seems good .... (between London Open / Close is the best)

Thank you again for your generous work and contribution.
Trying to forward test in demo account.

All files placed in respective folders - checked and double checked.
M15 timeframe.
EA applied to three pairs EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD - checked and double checked.
EA Smilely Face on all three pairs - checked and double checked.
EA placing trace - no joy, not placing any trades.
Looked at Journal and log files and no trades from JFFRST.
I'm sure I have missed at least one or two steps in the set up process.
Did not edit these - where do I find them to edit?
Anything else needs doing?

In STRATEGY_EVENT_NEW_BAR tag you can configure required symbols/periods for trading.
In STRATEGY_PARAMETERS tag configure appropriate parameters.

When you put EA on the chart you can see in Terminal/Experts tab:

Never got the Files/JFFramework line in Experts.

In Experts tab you should always see something as this:

Joe, can you please confirm, if I am also using three diffirent EAs do I need to create three different .xml files with different magic numbers (different parameters for EAs) for each EA on each currency pair? I didn't see the way to change the number in es itself, unless I am overlooked it. Thanks a lot.

Please don't use my EA on more than one chart. I'll explain this later today. If you want trade more symbols simply configure them in XML. For example:

Thank you for your responce Joe. This way we trade our chosen pairs with the same setting, correct. I am demoing few pairs on M15 and I think one setting can work for them. Interesting development. Much appreciated!

Some important considerations.

I've got my own framework. It's platform independent. So, I'm creating only one solution which is then compiled in MT4 and MT5. It's universal and fully configurable - this sometimes results to issues with proper configuration.

This version 1.02 was tested as standalone application. So please use it only on one chart (in one terminal). The chart symbol/period aren't important. EA isn't using them.

Everything is taken form XML config.
One symbol/period. This is important for MT4 strategy tester.

You can use as many symbols as you want. Be careful - it's consuming computer resources:

All those symbols will be traded in this one EA.

If you need different settings for example for indicators simply create another trading strategy:

Simply copy and paste. Don't forget to change magic number.

Note: In principle there isn't issue to using it on more charts in one terminal. However, I've hard-coded XML file name and you can't change it. So, every EA on every chart would be using the same XML config file - the same magic number - and this is issue.

Maybe in new release I'll change this (this weekend).
For now, you can use it as standalone application with proper configuration. Firstly, we need prove that trading logic is proper implemented.
