which version are you using? the set file you posted sometime seem to be for v3, but in the pic it says 1.2

For my personal live trading I only use RMHC Hybrid v1.2.

Good call on the PIF and I will organise that very soon and post. I did at the begining also.

I have RMHC Hybrid 1.2 also, I guess my question is why do you prefer this over HSAC 3.0?

In all my back and forward testing and live trading, v1.2 is the most stable and safe so far.

HSAC is a very good version and works well but until FxMadness can iron out the small bugs I won't put it on my live account. I think that after the small kinks are fixed it will be a powerful EA and I will then more than likely move over to using HSAC on my live account, but until then I'll stick to v1.2.

Hi mrdfx,

Thanks for the info. I'm currently running HSAC on my live account so think I will swap over also. It has been running pretty well with very consistent profit but dont want to get into any issues because of bugs.

Is your latest set file you posted what you are running on your live account? Ill copy the settings from my HSAC too so should run pretty much the same I would imagine.

As mrdfx alluded - I am excited for the bugs to be ironed out and also the multi-pair EA that fxmadness is working on. If you are reading this madness, just wondering if you have any updates on how you're getting on? Is there anything we can assist with?

Hi Carlos1, I use the same settings on M1 and on M5. In my personal trading I am only trading on M1, but I am running an M5 test which is doing well. Its slow and steady but the DD and risk is very low.

I've been using the HSA EA on live for a few months now and it's also been churning out some slow steady profits with low DD. Thanks for pointing out about the bug issues with the EA but in all honesty didn't really notice it due to it's consistent returns!

I've done some back testing over the weekend using RMHC on a few pairs with your set and that has also shown some really good results so I'm going to divert some of the HSA profits and set up a small live acc using RMHC - will report back in a few weeks.

Thanks for posting your settings. I see your start lot is 0.1. May I ask how many pairs you are trading with that?

Also if you don't mind me asking and completely understand if you don't wish to say ..... do you mind sharing what size the account is that you are trading 0.1 on and what sort of DD do you generally get?

I have changed to RMHC 1.2 a week or so ago as the bugs left it slightly unpredictable. Was making some slow steady gains but would sometimes drop trades etc so can take away a chunk of those slow steady gains. Have left it running on a demo account. I'm running what you're previous settings for RMHC were I think and will check against this current post but so far it has been doing well.

Hi mightymatt, I am trading 4 pairs on my live account.

I am trading a relatively low lot size now on my account to keep the risk and DD low. Prior to the situation with EURGBP I had been using a higher lot size, but I reduced my position sizing so I don't have a repeat of that happening again. So far DD has been less than 20% which is tolerable for me and yes I do mind telling you my account size lol. Trading this EA is not my main source of trading profits, I do run some other EA's plus my manual trading but it does make a nice little income on the side.

I have not heard from FxMadness for some time, I hope he is still working on fixing HSA and cleaning it up cos it has huge potential to replace RMHC v1.2 on my live account when he does.

Thanks for the info and I understand about not sharing you account info, it all good.

I have a 5K account at present, currently trading Options and futures options manually so that is holding a lot of my capital at present.

I have upped my lot size to 0.1 on my demo that has the same settings and pairs so will see how that trades.

what other EA’s are you trading if you don’t mind me asking? It’s hard finding good consistent ea’s that just tick away nicely. A lot of them seem to go for the big wins but with that comes the big bust too lol.

yeah I home HSA gets developed a little further as I think it could be very powerful and when it does trade properly which is most of the time it trades very well and good consistent profits with minimal DD.

Hi fabio, All sets have been supplied by mrdfx and if you read back a couple of pages they are all there.
