Disliked{quote} @alblive -- too complicated for me. Are you serious -- a mix of pairs with and without suffixes? I really don't want to get into supporting a variety of different brokers who treat + / - suffixes differently. I should have made it clear from the beginning that to use the software then choose a broker that uses standard symbol names and doesn't play games.Ignored
DislikedHi @robots4me! Can I request for the ORIGINAL RECIPE entry option be activated only for the Dashboard EA? This is very useful as I see fit for the dashboard ea as a manual/semiautomatic trading tool. I have been trading and experimenting with the "most" extremes with %ADR like 350-400 on D1. And with the dashboard scans with the original recipe entry, we have a very easy way to spot the probable winners easily. Of course user discretion is needed sir. best regards and thank you.Ignored
QuoteDislikedI'm not your slave. This is not a high priority for me. I will look into it at my convenience.
Disliked{quote} Here we go again ... IMHO there should be some F.A.Q on the first page to avoid people asking the same thing again and again.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hey man! have you read what I just wrote? I'm not asking the same questions over and over again. I have been in this thread since the beginning and I know how to trade the R4M-BD(x) strategy by heart. I'm just saying to R4M something important maybe he could reimplement it only for the dashboard ea. If he won't it's ok man.Ignored
Disliked{quote} @Dotman, a screenshot of your results is meaningless to the other followers of this thread unless you include your settings. That means the R4M EA or indicator you're using, the version#, the time frame you trade, extreme price (%ADR), TP & SL settings, etc, etc.Ignored
Disliked{quote} @alblive -- correct, FIFO is history. The latest NFA regulations have killed algorithmic trading for US clients. Not only no hedging, also trades must be closed in FIFO order, and the latest requirement (as of Aug. 16) that each trade on the same pair must be for a different lot size. I could sort of support the first two (lame) requirements, but the latest is a deal breaker.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi R4M & BD, A big THANK YOU for sharing your work. Thinking about the restrictions on US retail traders, there may be a way to adapt. H1 time frame. I tried changing BDX All PairsEA ver 19262 to: Max Trades = 1; Larger Lot Size = 1; (equivalent to 10 x small lots) Lower StopLoss Fraction = 0.20; Lower TakeProfit = 0.12 I'm still adjusting the SL to make the DD smaller. Here are some of the results for yesterday & today. The highlighted trade is from a different EA, NOT from BDX AllPairs EA. So far, it looks like perfection. While I was...Ignored
