"Markets are pricing the only 14bp of easing at the 31 October meeting and a terminal rate of 1.06% (vs 1.88% currently),"

I do not use v2 but still use v1, and would say you did not read it right. Neither your slower or faster DDS were pointing short and the RSI OBOS was still long over the 0 line.

The fresh stimulus announcement, however, was contentious. Governing Council member Robert Holzmann recently criticized the zero interest rate policy (ZIRP) in Europe, by stating that it leads to less growth and lower productivity. The EUR may pick up a bid if the minutes underscore the growing dissent within the Governing Council. I like the 4hr ADX, it usually means set up is better probability if it has contracted and expands while other indis head in same direction and BBS breaks:
