{quote} Every question asked is clear on the picture. Let me label it for you to understand. However, if you drag your closed trade from the report onto the chart it shows the entry, sl and tp for illustration and that was what I did on the above post. {image}

1. On your previous screen capture, I see no trade that was dropped from the Account History tab of the Terminal window onto the chart to mark anything.
2. Why did you wait so many bars after the arrow bar before making an entry?

Did you forget this?

{quote} Down Arrow on 23 of September, green line. And another one I took right now - USDJPY, I will move it to BE in case if it reaches TP1. TP1 is somehow above bands, that is why I took that trade. {image} {image}

Also look at the price action left on your chart there is support near where price pushed upwards a few times and obviously felt hard to go any lower. Now with your sell order you traded right into this area even if the signal has been valid to the rules. Always take care of that too.

@BTM, could you add tp sl setting to EA ? Sometimes EA set big tp then price reverse before hit . Then sl. Thanks.
Ignored
That has been answered a few times. The TP levels for the Dashboard are set to TP2.

Also the auto trading feature of the dashboard isn’t recommended at all, so use it on your own risk, i think the OP clearly said he won’t guarantee any success with it also there will be no update right now.

if your using the ea and entered into a trade you can shut it off by going to the top of charts and turn off the auto trading. Then manually go in and change your TP and stop loss

Personally, I open trades only from London open to London close. Night is not the best time to trade trend on small TF (just my opinion). Certainly, some people do night scalping, but this is another story. Seems I would take this trade if it happens during my trading time. Loss is a part of trading.

I donīt understand why so many followers her constantly report they get different signals. Just because of using a different broker? Shouldn't it be all the same? I mean the indicators giving the signals somehow follow price to give that alert right? And price shouldn't be much different from some broker X to another broker Z, so how comes? Could you explain?

Agree. Also price here was already moved on quiet near to the lower band of the trend indicator. Better catch the move for a short signal at the upper band. But yes otherwise the signal it self seems to be valid to rules.

The channel is TMA which is very well documented and discussed by mladen see: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/181241. What is different in the strategy presented is that the large timeframe of channel on a lower time frame chart potentially reduces the repainting enough to be useful. The channel used is not interpolate but interpolation in my experience can help when automating repainting indicators.

Thank you BTM for sharing the strategy

I believe that the conditions were met during the signal came:
1) Both trend line appeared bearish.
2) Alert appeared near the middle band.
3) TP1 is within the trend line.

If I have made a mistake, please point it out so that I can avoid the mistake on future trades, thank you.

hey ld...... quite the opposite......

most indicators are based on o/h/l/c..... and those are stored in relation to the brokers servers +/- gmt..... some brokers use a 6 day week..... some use a 5.... some brokers day might begin at 0 gmt and another might begin at the new york close..... this will cause indicator values to differ.....

so while the eurusd price at this exact moment might be almost identical on all brokers, signals based on indicators might not......

as a real time example, right now the 1440 gbpusd tsr(89) is at 1.2220 on my oanda accounts...... it's at 1.2301 on my equiti-us accounts...... quite a difference....

the exact same ea will give signals at varying times in those accounts.....h
to trade and code, keep both simple... no call to impress....h
