Fed going to continue with repos

"Starting next week, NY Fed will do an overnight $75BN repo every day and 3 $30BN Term repos as it expects continued overallotment"

This should be bad for dollar. In effect they are doing something similar to qe.

Unless something happens, Dollar might start to weaken again bit by bit.
