When I screen print as above - on my screen I left click which screen I wand to zoom in on and click on that screen and then if I want to zoom in more I left click on that screen again.

Update: My assumption has been corrected by Seller9 in post #5446, that having no Pivot lines selected still means the trades will be filtered by selecting trades in the direction towards the central WPivot line.

It will use the weekly pivot for direction and trade towards it and even though he has the use pivot filter set to true it will ignore that part as he has not picked one to use, so direction only.

Some hits and misses for the last day this week. Most of the misses occurred later in the day, so those setups that had "one n done" during Asian/ Early London sessions were hits, others got caught in big market moves against them during Late London/NY session, particularly CHF pairs.

H4 CycleV5(3,1)+RSI(1440,4)+Addons(9,0.5) : target hit, leaving week with a tidy 412pip profit.

Dear Gene and traders.

I have some results this week.

I started a new by complementing the existing settings.

the v6 often missed the ball signal at H1, so I changed to M15 and trended from 200 Ma to longer Ma.

Pivotline Trade has not yet devised a strategy, testing only the combination of MA and ball signal.

Hgv1 seems to work well with the default settings. Custom settings using the Rsi filter may look a bit more advanced.

And since my broker limited to 20 trades in the demo version, Hgv1 decided to test only two currency pairs, eurusd and usdjpy.

Expect good news again next week.

Interesting that you comment that H1 misses the Ball entry. From my experiences so far with Cycle_TS is that the trades are taken too early before the change in direction has been confirmed and going to m15 only makes it worse. I believe getting into the trade is not the problem, but getting out before repaint changes the status of the Ball, Marty takes over going the wrong direction and creates huge DDs, for example AUDCHF

The new manual SL built-in to V6a will help, but I'm more interested in some automatic SL settings, maybe using the the cross of the MA as an exit signal or crossing a weekly pivot line could be used. Marty can help recovery, but I think it might be better to prevent the trade going so far that it needs recovery might be better.

I think entry is also important but the exit is more important.
If I traded automatically by setting Ball 12 Entry Ball 12Exit in H1, the swing ball shown in the chart was Ball 1 at that time and doesn't exit, but the ball was shown as Ball 12 the next day or a few days later and recorded a large DD.
Furthermore, my broker only accepts 20 trades in the demo, so I think that the 9 Marty setup of the 28 currency pairs is not a normal test because it have to assume up to 280 trades. so I'll test two pairs.(EURUSD, USDJPY)
The change to the M15 chart is due to the swing ball repaint, but with the expectation that the escape response will be better.
Naturally, if it's a normal deal, BigDD doesn't expect it.
In order to respond to the recording of BigDD due to abnormal trades, various tests are performed in parallel.
I think v6a will help.

Your Broker has a very restrictive Demo account, I don't have any such restrictions on open trades on any of the Brokers Demo accounts I have tried: Pepperstone, GlobalPrime, OANDA and TradersWay. However, the first three Brokers will be subject to ASIC proposed Max Leverage and Min Margin restrictions that will apply in a month or so.

The Balls can be a bit unreliable on exits because they can show as a ball later on with the repainting, so some painted exits can be missed. That is another good reason for having an alternative AutoSL, say using the MA line cross or a selected Pivot line cross or even use the current AutoTP calculation for it's SL distance, whatever Seller9 think's is manageable within the current v6a code.

Here's my result using the S9 HG TS v1 at default settings for the past week. Using
a Basket SL is important to prevent any big dd. Results flip flop a bit this week so
not much gains this week.

I used Pepperstone, but they noticed that they are no longer serving the Koreans. So I found another broker.
But I won't be using a live account unless I'm sure about the demo.

I think you need to be a bit careful of 6a, it is very new and not tested much, we have already had one missing piece of code fixed so make sure you have the latest version from post #5434 with the manual TP/SL fix.

Thank you for the advice.
I'm aware of that, and my current v6a tests are based on MA and RSI filters, so I'll study the rest of the Pivot Filter after doing some more testing.
I have a good look at the posts from several traders. I always appreciate it.
