After I read Jperl's excellent market statistics series at Traders Laboratory. I decided to code them in MQL for metatrader. Here is a summary document:{image} PVP represent Peak Volume Price and shows the price from StartDate with highest volume. VWAP is the average of the volume distribution. SD stands for Standart Deviation and you can plot 3 SD bands around VWAP. I hope this will be helpful for someone. As these are my first indicators please feel free to send me bugs,comments... Just select the red vertical line, right click to change the properties of that line.

Anchored VWAP in Quantower platform. Specify the start point on the chart and anchored VWAP will draw a line to the current moment.

Indicators on the first page are updated and not expired. You can use those.

i was wondering if you could create a custom Maret Profile Indicator with specific requirements?

for the benefit of all.

an indicator that could do the following things.

- create daily value areas, with adjustable percentage.
- create multiple PVP lines according to date. e.g. PVP one day old would be thin, 2 days old would be meduim thickness, and 3 days old would be thick line.

I have added the feature of using TPO instead of volume for calculation into the drag indicator. Heatmap colors are also updated in drag indicator.

Thanks for the indicator. Just curious, I saw a note on the screen "Indicator will expire in 381 days". What does that mean? Is this a paid indicator?

No this is not a paid indicator.
I renew the indicator every year.
This is one of the easiest way to make sure everybody has the latest version and also prevents somebody else to sell it.

My ship has been steaming its whole trading life in the direction of trading from the outside in. I Use a combination of Keltner extremes, RSO oscillator, with a fast RSi and Fast CCi superimposed over it to give me entries.
I also use an overall " blanket " of market / profile / statisics, mainly a rough idea of day type and value area high and low etc.

But I am missing something....what YOU have here..!!!!

So i can get better trades from inside to outside...

Being on the wrong side of 50, adapting and change does not come as easy as I think i can...lol...

Long story short :

Is there ANY chance you can show me a way how I can anchor your indicator on a previous session?
I want to look at it on each seperate day in the past, to train myself on the relation between market day type, where the VWAP starts, and how my own RSO / RSi / CCi reacts to that ?

Time moves on, and Im not getting any younger..bwahahaha! So to sit for a few months and do daily froward testing is gona drive me up the walls...hehehe!!

I do not care how much trouble it will be to for example delete tyour indicator from MT4, reload, reset date to a previous session whatever, it will still be faster than going thru the full days...

I trade FX, mostly GBP pairs

Im using Akif's indi to give me the whole pic of the FX pair session, and then Jack168's indi for a closer look on a smaller TF, and adjusting it to London Open, and US open etc for a closer pic.

This big pic / small pic mix gives a nice overall pic

Is the function of drawing multiple profiles (as you shown in post#102] on one chart still available?
I am able to drag the starting line, but the end time is always the end of the chart. so I can only have 1 volume profile with one VWAP.

Is this the intended result? or am I missing anything here?

My bad, I need to use the rectangle indicator.

That means we are getting older
I don't have enough time and I am not that active anymore, I am not even trading now, I just support these 2 indicators because people are still using them.

I have a project in my mind which I want to start badly (totally unrelated with these indicators), but it is in the waiting queue for years now. The bad thing about me, when I get involved in a project like that, I get in too deep and it takes so much time, so I need to settle down my life first (which is very hectic right now) to jump into that kind of adventure.
