This seems like a legitimate trade. However, BTM has told you (and us) that he didn't trade AUNZD, EURGBP and CHF pairs. He has a reason for that. Probably , during testing he noticed that this system doesn't perform as well on those pairs due to the specific nature of these pairs. Still, if you want to trade them, you may use smaller lot size as a partial safety net and then see how it goes.

I didn't take that trade. The signal is way up, much closer to the upper band than I would like it to be. Your SL is some 100 pips away while your TP1 (already outside the bands) is only 67 pips or so. Bad R:R ratio. Not to mention that TP2 is way out of the bands.
Moreover, yesterday's high didn't take out the high from the Sept 13 so price may stall, chop or reverse. This last remark has nothing to do with the rules but it is just a PA observation. On top of that, prior to FOMC announcement price usually chops around and even with a nice setup we rarely see a good follow up.

Ok after leaving the auto trading option activated for another day, again it opened trades to me without at least a correct signal.

I would say who ever coded this should look at it again or remove it completely from the next update of the dashboard (if there will be one).

AUD/CHF sell (no sell arrow or sell alert notification)

Here is the GBP/USD buy trade opened yesterday. After looking back at it now, it did not hit the first take profit target. Fallen back about 50% already.

So again, how do you guys handle such things?

- Actively monitor a trade and close manually if there is a little sign price will retrace and the TP not going to hit?
- Let it do what ever it wants to do (as we have a fixed SL and TP setted by the start of the trade)
- Make use of some automatic trade manager, but if so how do you use it in regard of this strategy, maybe some examples?

You trade mainly the london session right BTM? Could you post your lists of forex pairs you trade? That's probably already answered, maybe just refer me to the right post, thank you.

Thanks BTM, I will delete them in my dashboard.

Dashboard give alert as the candle close, so as soon as I open the chart, price often go away form break event.

So BTM, could you make an alert as soon as the arrow appear, not time at candle close? Therefore, I will have time to check all rules and lotsize before I get an entry as candle close

I did. I closed for very small profit because it is at a resistance. Also got a gbpchf signal that i closed at resistance for +10 pips.

Nothing much to do with the question and the trade i took. RR i believe was pretty good for that particular buy signal i got on GU yesterday. (Sl was about 30 pips, TP about 120 Pips).

The question is how to get out of a trade if its in good profit but didnīt hit the TP yet. How long will you stick to such trade and how you manage this.

I did. Ha, ha! It seems that today will be the exception to what I wrote several posts ago. I took several trades but with smaller lot size as a precaution. We shall see how it goes. I will close all of them at least 1 hour before the news whether in profit or in loss.

I mean in 7 tips of BTM, not in tip 7. He said about manage our trade, let see some of them:

TIPS 3 : When trend indicator shows the main trend too strong by degree of it's steps,if your tp2 is almost to hit,as trend is powerful,you can shift your TP to news day TP's . if no new buy signal in the new day,if trend still bullish,tp and sl wont change and it is as same as the previous day .
TIPS 4 : If you have a BUY trade based on rules,if during that day your trade didnt reach to tp and in new day you get another BUY signal followed by rules,you can add more buy and place both BUY trade's tp to new day's tp .

TIPS 5 : If you are going to open a trade with 1 lot,place two order with 0.5 lot,when 60% of tp done,make them break even,when tp1 hit,close one of your trade and let other one hit tp2 (safe trade method) .

i read all of your posts,and im asking you to read all of the post in this thread again and read some books about forex before asking questions.your all questions and post all like spam to me,so im kindly say,please read all posts before asking any questions.
sounds to me you didnt understand the system yet and your knowledge about forex is very low .

Does anyone know how the arrow indicator works? Does it generate a signal base on candle stick patterns or what?

Do share with me the calculations as well to further study bout this system.
