Hi BTM and fellow tranders,
I m loving this strategy, getting around 75% of my trades for the past weeks. Thank you so much!

I was wondering if there s any indi on android MT4 to build a similar setup? obviously only something close, it wont be exact.
I m not using it to execute a trade, but at least to roughly see the trend bands and baselines when i m at work.

i didn't see any that met the rules
Had a couple of trades today
NZDUSD didn't expect to go as far as it did but first target was inside bands
AUDUSD was not a trade as per TIPS but my first target was previous high let the rest run to pivot as it looked strong

great system! i'm looking for someone to start a trade copier service using the btm system for us folks where london session is at midnight and can't stay
up all night. most of the good signals are happening on london session. Perhaps someone can start a trade copier service using fx blue or signal start,
charge a monthly fee, for us folks who have families and can't find the time to trade this great system 100%. Anyone profitable here who'd like to
start a trade copier service with this system? Maybe they can post in the commercial section of this forum. People like me who love the system
but have family obligations , would definitely join. Thank you

Huh? Just to my understanding, so this means you make your trade decisions dependent on news? I thought BTM is a pure technical approach. So you wait for the signal arrow showing up, wait for the setup candle to close, go through the check list of technical rules your wrote on post 1. Now if that looks good, you place the trade, end of the story?

I am a bit confused now. If you say you want to wait for some news to let price spike and move faster i guess 90% of the signals would be useless to take because Forex is nearly 90% moving in range conditions, there is nothing big happening for most of the time.
I notice some problem after installing the dashboard btw. On the journals tab MT4 is saying that it cannot open the indicators or so, whats that?

Update: working now, i forget adding the indicators. Time to get some sleep now
Anyone will mention the importance of the currency strength? Do we take the trade (when all the rules apply of course) but when the currencies are shifting strength. For example the trend is going up for EURUSD but EUR is weak and USD is going stronger?

That's how you get your signals and arrows. When price starts moving that means its stronger/weaker than its counterpart. EU gets strong you would get an up arrow if it meets the indi's perimeters
Just dashboard, google how to get alerts from mt4.

Classic example on NZDJPY of why it helps to look at H4 chart when you get an arrow on M15 to get a big picture overview. It's been written many times before that you shouldn't take trades near the bands and looking at H4 shows it very vividly.

Just got a "Lets Sell" popup alert for gbpchf but there's nothing showing on dashboard or arrow on chart .. is this a bug ?

opposite from me. I didnt get popup or dash but i do have signal arrow. but no trade, bands show uptrend
In general, I believe this method is great and the main issue is to stay disciplined and to only take the most promising entry signals. But if a signal appears it gets a bit hectically for me since there is movement on the price and I fear the longer I wait the less good the entry will be.

Due to my full-time job I cannot monitor the charts the whole day but only take out my laptop after an alert and try to evaluate quickly the signal quality. In order to know which pairs are worth the hectic I try to estimate in the morning my pairs of the day.

For today (3 hours before London open) I think the following pairs are interesting: CADCHF, EURNZD and all GBP pairs since the price formations look similar. I include the GBPUSD example.

Please share how you are approaching the day.

IMHO, there isn't any rules in this method on " how to approach the trading day". If you have a notification and an arrow, you analyze the opportunity ( with those very simple rules and tips ), and you enter or not. That's all, simple as blue skies. No currency strength analysis. After you enter or not, live your life, and when a new notification appears, replay the cycle...

Do you know how does this market works? Do you know why EURUSD goes up or down?

almost 60% of market moves is based on fundamental events. 40% is based on supply-demand which decided by fundamental situation .and with technical tools and reules we converted this moves in the chart and put math on them to find some logic in there.thats why technical is not 100% .
when you see there is no events or news on eco calendar,how do you expect market moves? when there is no fundamental events,its mean there is no power to moves your technical.
