Disliked{quote} {quote} @robots4me -- Again, I don't agree with you with this... If the "min distance between trades" setting uses —for example— a "%ADR", then there's no "best value" outside the personal choice of each user in order to better control risk by overexposure, and the calculation would be automatic for every pair according to their average volatility/ADR, so also without the need of any further testing and re-calibrations for multiple combinations. It's not an "arbitrary setting" and it has nothing to do with "solving problems with H1", because...Ignored
QuoteDislikedThe "correct" value to use is simply the one that better fits the "risk tolerance/apetite" of the user.
Disliked@R4M, I appreciate the goo work you have done together with Bishopdotun. I think it prudent you add the stop trading feature which when set true, the EA will not open any other trade but only manage the already open ones. I would prefer it so the EA won't open trades on Friday evening/night. RegardsIgnored
DislikedWhen you start learning to trade, the first thing taught re. risk management is "never add to a losing position". It may be dangerous for your healthI am trading 1 lot per pair and please see below total pips for open trades midweek (not complaining, just testing with a small live account). And this result is despite no H1 trade so far this week due to 100% ADR setting. I cannot imagine the drawdown for people trading 4, 6, or 10 lots per currency per time frame. Word of advice: Always think of the worst case scenario in trading...

Disliked{quote} In the hypothetical case of setting up 2 stores per pair, and these are losers, we do not have the opportunity to take the order 4 or 5. The solution is not to close bad operations, but to take more shops with a distance between them to cover the possible losses of the previous ones. In the graph by Ex, the user only chose 2 shops per pair, that takes away the opportunity to take more stores that add more pips or reduce the possible loss of the previous ones. This is an H1 chart with 100% ADR With H1 you can enter the trade earlier, maintaining...Ignored

Disliked{quote} The system has more wins than loses but the problem is R:R Ratio, when it loses, it loses extreme. If it can be added as a feature, its good but for now, I will use 0.4 tp and 0.4 sl. If I will have more wins, that becomes our edgeIgnored
Disliked{quote} @mixedbags -- this is great -- you have to start somewhere!! Slowly, slowly you'll improve your skills. If you keep it up then next year at this time people will have forgotten about me and instead be looking to you and @bishopdotun for the latest and greatest indicators and EAs.Ignored
DislikedHi @robots4me! Thanks always for the great updates and bugfixes. Well I am still using the DASHBOARD EA on my manual trades. I have extensively used the old BD dashboard ea until the BDX was created. Right now, I'm on the latest version, but since this is a manual strategy I'm missing something important not found on the bdx dashboard. That is the ORIGINAL RECIPE entry option. I like the original recipe entry very much because the dashboard ea scans the prices on extremes and you can see those immediately. The scan result is "raw", no ha/cc filters....Ignored
