priceact.fx, everything is connected : note that the Amplitude of the Envelope 128 (ocre) is 50% of the Amplitude of the Envelope 256 (brown), and that the Amplitude of the Envelope 32 (blue) is 50 % of the Amplitude of the Envelope 128

note that "cycles" are formed of 2 Swings , the first trending UP , the second trending DOWN

Hence there are no Elliott "Waves" but Elliott Swings !

when Price Action is UP, the Top of the cycle is located on the right.
when Price Action is DOWN the Top of the cycle is located on the left.

when Price Action is Ranging, the Top of the cycle is located in the middle.

that is the basis of the methodology I use.

Envelopes allows you to rationally and easily identify :

- Trends
- Cycles
-Waves
- Harmonic Patterns
- M & W Patterns

you can use the concept "Propagation" from the lowest degree to the upper ones and see and understand how Price Action develops itself

you know the story - big Waves are made of little Waves, big Cycles are made of little Cycles (replace with Harmonic Patterns, M&W patterns, triangles, Heads and Shoulders, circles, squares etc)

you can identify Trends and Counter-Trends moves

the amplitude of the Envelopes gives you potential Target Prices
hence you can estimate Potential Risk Reward

you can use Envelopes limits as Targets, Support or Resistance
