COT report for the week ended on Sept 3:

Institutions increased their bearish bets this week. The net shorts back to nine weeks high. The closing price on the reported day was 1.0925

Euro shorts increased by 10,332 contracts. Net short positions now at 49,136

12,693 long contracts were added, 23,025 short contracts were added as well while price hit 1.1163 high on Aug 23rd and 1.0925 low on Sept 3rd.
Now Longs total 186,144 contracts vs shorts total 235,280 contracts

44% long exposure vs 56% short exposure, which 1% decreased in longs and 1% increased in shorts from the previous week

GbpUsd COT report for the week ended on Aug 27:

GBP bearish bets trimmed again this week. The closing price on the reported day was 1.2082

GBP shorts decreased by 4,069 contracts. Net short positions now at 84,959

552 long contracts were added, 3,517 short contracts were closed while price hit 1.2309 high on Aug 27th and 1.1958 low on Sept 3rd.
Now Longs total 38,695 contracts vs shorts total 123,654 contracts

26% long exposure vs 76% short exposure, which 1% increased in longs and 1% decreased in shorts from the previous week

some things about Powel Speech yesterday

1 - He didn't say anything about rates cuts but like you showed He did say like always we will do everything needed to support the economy but he refused to say anything abut rates. strange because in the same time he said he is confident about economy no recession ahead.

2- He was very concerned about central banks that are near zero - and will not have much to do on a down turn - He also said something interesting the on medium US FED cut rates about 500-550bps - in recessions - so that means to go to zero you need to be near 2,5% - a little above we are right now.

3 - He was I think the most ironic to political implication in all speeches of the FED so far. Joking about how they talked on the board about politics.

VPS is virtual personal server, basically my trading accounts sit in either broker server or the other virtual server providers. So when I don't have internet service or phone service, or lose power, my trading accounts are still running 24/7 in a remote server .. so in case you run multi accounts through ea, vps is a must ...
