Hey Degolep, that looks like way too many pips for just one person to carry away. You'll have to hire an assistant.

Hey forexcentric, on your chart you marked a wide-ranged bar that has a huge wick for a higher high. Don't use that. That was just some big players taking out stops. Use the bar after it.

Looks like it but that's not the case. Arrows do tend to look a little to the left than they actually are. I use vertical line to be sure especially when looking at past data.

there are rules and techniques that we can trade correction . as i told before we can not predict when candles go out,is it going to continue its moves outside (market power) or it will get back inside, thats why we use TIPS1 and dont risk our money.but as i said there are rules and techniques that we can make sure when exactly candles is going to get back inside and how much moves, thats correction trading.i will teach that .

Anything above the line is an uptrend, below the line is a downtrend.

Pair is trending downwards. You did not get the sell signal and neither did I. JustDoIt25 did get a sell signal resulting in loss.

Yes, the previous signal was a winner, but the current one wasn't (it's not a problem, just the cost of doing business). Also, because we use different brokers we also have different signals sometimes, such is the case between me and Degolep. Fyi, I am using FXCM.

Do you think maybe that last sell signal was a bit too close to the bottom band to be selling?

{quote} the easy way for understanding and testing this system is,take a photo your chart when you get a signal, then after 1-2 days you can find out how trend indicator works . when you understood the behavior of trend indicator, you can filter trend rotation on trend indicator even in backtesting . please send here your stop losses trade then i will be able to help ad correct you .

Yea that makes sense, when next trade comes i will take picture and put up my TP and SL for you to observe

{quote} i saw your bigest lose was on GBPNZD , i will told you about how must manage your trade by photo.everyone please make attention. {image} as you can see you had 2 entry sell signal . for signal 1 : you had two ways for open your trade, a) open two trade in half size b)open one trade full size a) : if you opened 2 order you should close one of them when tp1 hit and other one make break even . in this case you could be in profit . also TIPS1 told us when candles goes out it will get back inside,so dont risk. b) if you opened one trade,when...

To be honest, i wasn't happy with this trade GBPNZD in the first place, in all fairness i wouldn't have taken it if it was live account! i missed the first signal when i was in shower and second came in the evening but i should not have taken it.

i had tips1 on my mind when i took this but thought against due to GBP weakness wrong decision clearly, the GBPAUD trade that was a loss was taken on the 4th sept it didnt even hit TP1, the trend bands where down at the time but now if you look are up, i missed the GBPAUD trade on the 3rd of sept when it hit TP2 i was kicking myself all day, again i was in the shower i now have changed the time im away from computer so i dont miss the trades every 15mins.

USDCAD on the 4th, again was bad idea as it had come back in from bands on the third, again bands where facing up so i had a buy order but now the trend bands are down, i am now going to focus on trades and see if they have been out of the bands recently to weather i take trade or not.

Yea, it was when you consider that the pivot aka TP 1 was outside of the bands thus it was a lower chance of hitting it, but I am currently demoing the system and as such was trying all the signals I could. If it was my real account then I would have probably passed on the trade.

Although there was plenty of trades lately that reached the TP points which were outside of the bands so I believe more testing is necessary before reaching a conclusion in this regard(even though my personal opinion is that we should take trades in which the TP is inside the bands/as close as possible to them).

From what I saw these past few days the system is pretty stable and profitable even if you take almost all the signals (ignoring the ones when the TP is super close to your entry). I wonder if anyone has a running total of pips earned/P/L made starting with last week? I would be curios to know as I only started following the signals last Friday.

Hi JustDoIt25, is the pivot the only way to determine if a signal is situated too close to the bands? Because I notice that some signals where the pivot is outside the band is actually profitable. Thanks.

@BTM, how long have you been trading this system?

@Everyone, how many pips can you average a week? Thanks all. Safe trading!
