So here I am just a new guy trying to make it, I have to warn people about funding your account with these guys.
I have just verified my information with them and done the crazy 3 step process of using 3rd party pmt processing organizations to fund offshore brokerage accounts only to find you cannot fund a usd account with ltc, but btc is fine lol.. so I now have to send the 185 usd that started as 208 on my amex but was hit with fees by upay as well as fxchoice lol
It will probably be 150 by the time I exchange it for btc on upay site
Not to mention it's exposed to crypto volatility for whatever duration they decide it will take to approve the withdrawal
Not at all happy with this so far
Dealing with funding brokers as a us citizen has been a really stressful undertaking I didn't initially consider that you must take into account
Like the 400 daily limit with upay on amex xfer etc
Just a big ring around the rosies thing and I have to leave my experience about this for others to know
There is no warning when you go to deposit page under the deposit options to let you know you can't use ltc to fund your account this is ridiculous and an obvious oversight
At least with tradersway you can use LTC btc vload upay or whatever to load your usd trading account, we won't discuss how they are charging me negative swap both directions lol....
so I contact live chat for assistance with this as what used to be 208 usd is just sitting there exposed to major crypto volatility, and what do i get??? just an email address to complain to and zero assistance with live chat, I am 0 for 2, from funding to getting help, funding has been a failure, help has been zero so far, im sure someone will jump in and try to help, but there is zero concern with these guys that my deposit could be 50% of its beginning value by the time the transfer takes place.... No offer to make it right so far....
They simply said, "we sent the emails when ltc was made an option"
I was like, Man I just joined YESTERDAY, you didnt have my email then, these people are so robotic, they are only there to catch our deposits as we lose 90% of them, nothing else, and to put up a front of a nice website....
No help so far, no warnings on their site NOT to use LTC unless you want to ONLY be able to use a LTC based trading account, instead of your parent currency, and I definitely would not like to do this...
Frustrating, Im glad Im not on my last $200 as of yet, because they have made no concessions thus far to make this right...
I had much higher hopes for these guys but im just getting the standard minimum requirement style of help so far, and being a us based trader my options are so slim its extremely frustrating to get these experiences with our very few choices...
