@R4M
Nifty little toy, that BDX EA.
I took the "old" version (19230) for a spin, loaded at Monday Sydney open.
The settings that I used - with the exception of lot sizes - were as per this post (https://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?p=12461813#post12461813).
Observations:
- due to macro economic news, the market has been highly volatile. Great account growth today (+13%) using the BDX EA, but not representative.
- I have pushed lot sizing to monitor margin %. Trading the allpairs EA on 28 majors and minors, H1, H4 and D1 using 0.05 position size on a €5K 1:500 leverage demo account, margin went down to approx. 2500%
- The EA closed out 3 JPY positions for no apparent reason. Nor stoploss, nor TP were hit on any of these trades. No explanation from the expert/journal (see screenshot below). I have it running on a server, with ample CPU/memory resources. The only thing that comes to mind is that IC Markets price feeds are frequently frozen on the turn of the hour and the EA somehow can't cope with that. Not a biggie, but I will monitor this closely over the next few weeks.
After the initial test drive, I will run the latest version (H1, H4 and D1) lowering position size to (a still very aggressive) 0.02. There will be no user intervention, from today NY close it will run for a month or so to see if the allpairs EA manages to hold its ground.

I will keep you posted of my findings.
All the best,
