They move the opposite before news of there big move after news a lot of the time so EU going down may be good thing

eur gbp showing bullish 1234 triangle will probably make a 5 here then correct if it does i may scale some out until it becomes breaish againg if it does

depnds on where they are positioned and what side of the coin your trading you could pick trader bones knowing where there stops are many ways to skin a cat but yeah i would say 1min least reilable time frame i find they add weight though gives an idea of bullish bearish where and when to scale if i need to
