{quote} do they charge fee using skrill as withdrawal method?
Ignored
Dear MoreYummy,

We do not charge any fees for our deposit/withdrawal options. For instance, if you deposit USD 100 by Skrill and then withdraw USD 100, you will see the full amount of USD 100 in your Skrill account as we cover all transaction fees both ways for you.

This also applies to all credit/debit card deposits. For deposits/withdrawals via international bank wire transfer, XM covers all transfer fees imposed by our banks, with the exception of deposits amounting to less than 200 USD (or equivalent denomination).

Kind regards,

dear xm, perhaps feedback to upper management the idea of accepting corporate/institutional clients?
given that in today's saturated brokerage industry. even corporate and prop firms need to mitigate custodian risk by using multiple brokerages.

Dear f0nteide,

Please note that Skrill might not be available in your country. However, you can fund your trading account using one of other multiple deposit/withdrawal methods that are available in your country.

Kind regards,

Hello,

Can I know why when we putting a trade XM needs min stop loss .For ex. GBPNZD it was about 36 pips+spread. When I inquired this with their chat guys, they said it's as per management decision.

Dear Suran,

This was indeed XM's decision to have such limits when it comes to setting Stop Losses.

Please note that have such limits is industries standard that have certain logic behind it. Obviously, I cannot speak for the whole financial industry and about the other companies, but I can explain the logic that XM used when implementing such limits.

This is being done to actually be able to execute an order without it being immediately (with milliseconds) closed at Stop Loss. In other words, this gives an opportunity for an order to be executed and to be able to tolerate small market moves.

Kind regards,

Thanks for your reply.

However, my view differs from yours. I am not in to scalping so it is not effecting much for me. Its just that I need to be cautious of funding my account for full amount.

Hi XM,

I just get my account being suspended and received an email asking to withdraw all the fund i have. Its stated i have made an "arbitrage activity".

First of all i did not realize its prohibited cause i have done it on other broker before and no issue with it. I am also not aware that it was arbitrage activity. (I sell and then buy an currency pair then close another one within a minute.) Please let me know why i get banned cause i really have no idea (i am still new to forex) what have i done wrong. I can provide my XM ID if necessary cause i am happy to trade with XM before this incident.

{quote} Dear ruben-trader, It seems that the market was close when you were attempting to place orders. However, in order for XM to fully investigate the problem you had, I kindly ask you to send complete log files to [email protected] ("[email protected]") or to your Personal Account Manager. Well, I have to disagree with you.
As everybody knows, forex market is open 24h, 5 days per week.

But ok, nevermind...

I closed my account with XM and moved to FxPro.

I am using XM since 5 years and not have a single problem in deposit or withdrawal . you just remind one thing.. XM doesn't accept third party deposit/withdraw. i see most of the traders are crying about their withdraw. I am 100% sure they are trying to use third party method for withdrawal .. pls be sure that your deposit and withdrawal method must be same... Thank you
