Is this a supply zone?
Does a region of supply and demand of AKT method need to eliminate 1 sphere or opposite supply ???

Hi Malmal1985,

To my understanding, the zone that you have drawn is not a supply zone due to the time spent trading in the area. This meant there is a greater chance for orders to be filled before the move away. Furthermore, the wick at the ERC seems to show that liquidity in the markets is further up.

Here's how I would draw the supply on the USDJPY weekly time frame instead.

Hey Merka and jgk,

Ye, I set it up so that I, hopefully, can see what AKT sees in his charts. And have grown accustom to it after a while as it paints a clear picture of where potential zones and swing highs/lows are. And just hoping that the analysis can be ramped up to his and everyone's level here. Much more to learn!

Regards,
Tyler

HI TylerL,
Weekly UJ: that's not supply, thank you, good analysis
For one thing, I disagree with you about the line
because vertex 1 is only 1 DBD, not a peak (no rally, base, drop). My TL is the blue line;
sorry for my English not good

Hey Malmal1985,

Ah I chose to see it like this to measure the immediate momentum by using the zigzag tool. My current understanding of the methodology stems from connecting immediately swing highs and lows to measure market momentum.

This allows no room for argument (at least to me) when it comes to determining the current market momentum.

Is the weekly demand area accurate?
By methodology, we must not sell when the price needs to check weekly, right?

Hi malmal1985, yes, when prices arrive at weekly demand, selling into or at weekly demand would have lower probabilities of working out. This is because the weekly demand is currently in control and thus, instead of selling, we should be looking for potential long opportunities.

However, whatever said would ultimately depend on the combination of time frames you are looking at. For eg, if you're a WK-D1-H4 trader, then yes, shorts definitely have lower odds as you are at your curve's demand. If you're a D1-H4-H1 trader, then I don't think there's a need to be looking at the weekly as your highest time frame is the daily.

Cheers,
TylerL

Good morning traders,

Found potential shorts on the S&P, DJ and NASDAQ, decided to go with the NASDAQ as the chart shows a nicer entry relative to the others (imo)
