If anyone here is good with fundamentals, plz teach me. I'm trying to make some sense.

This is my understanding right now:
Yields in US are inverted. Also china trade war. Fed should ease. Therefore should be a sell dollar situation.

German yields are also inverted. Economic situation not rosy in eu. Should be a rate cut as well.

Questions:
1)Is my assumption above correct.
2)If both are easing, why is eu dropping? Why are people buying the dollar other than for technical reasons?

This is great info. Any idea why things happen this way?
Is the USD a safe haven? Or is it simply because capital flows into US bonds are just high hence the need to buy dollars?
