No offense, but you might be too dumb to trade with coinexx. You should probably stick with a kindergarten broker.

Too dumb because I was reporting an outage with their website? I think you should be the one to stick with replying to more simple posts. Thanks for the giggle.
I've been using Coinexx for almost 1 year at this point and have had 0 issues.
Only withdrawals were faster, sometimes can take up to 3-4 days depending on when you submit your request.
I have talked first in the chat but now Coinexx asks for KYC/Documents for me makes no sense since the company don't even exists for real there is no information why the company can be "secret" and the client can't ? For who already have an old account there still using without upload any docs to have withdrawals be processed ?

i have account with them it took them 7 days for me to get my money so withdrawal all of my money, are you saying coinexx is asking for KYC documents before they allow you to withdraw your money?

That's right they told me is mandatory account verification with ID and utility bill but I can't really understand why since they are "top secret/hidden" and just using crypto so makes no sense for me unless they want our docs for something...

Seems like you have made an account here to just tell us this.. however as an FYI coinexx started doing kyc off late when you set up an account but incase you have created an account and funded n started doing trading (w/o getting verified) you can still withdraw they will not restrict it. speaking from personal experience.
if they asked you for kyc it would be great if you can upload any evidence here from the conversation you have with them about this. i would have helpful to traders like me who have been with them for quiet sometime and trading withdrawing without any issues.

I don't have create account yet just talked in the chat to solve some doubts like where they are registered/company status... But look at the chat right now I have with their support...

There is definitely something going on at Coinexx and it is not good!!!

- They have not answered any emails in past 11 days (4 emails sent and I texted one of company primary managers with no response)

- Their USOUSD (oil) price feed has been a mess for days now

- They may have had a bunch of traders get killed in the GBP moves that has WHACKED their brokerage financially

- All these type of items start happening when companies are rapidly decaying in financial capability - I have seen this same "pattern" over and over past 20 years of FX trading

Did this get resolved or are you still having issues with Coinexx?
I trade with FOREX.com using MT4, not once have I received a daily statement. When I called to ask about my 1099, that I thought, was required by law, they stated “we don’t send out 1099’s, only if you trade silver or gold. All you have to do is print out a custom report from MT4’s Account History tab in Terminal (right clicking anywhere within AH), for the year of filing.”

I did this, and it was accepted by my accountant no problem because it shows everything.

FinPro Trading is back after 2 years of not being open to retail customers. Just heard from them today, March 10, 2022.
