End of the week recap... -158 pips based on my initial post #10,446 July 27. The curve I posted predicted the time of a change in trend it was a mirror image of what actually happened though. This inversion was beyond the sun entering new house theory by a week.

Suryananda, do you have any insight regarding when regular cycle calculations end up being inverted or "upside down"? Thank you for posting a prediction then a recap. That courage gives your work more resonance.

I do not follow the EURUSD.
How far my humble experience goes.
The big cycles are what set the trends.
Within the cycles the zodiac signs and aspects are what cause the pivot points.
I anticipate a downtrend in the coming months with upward bullish turns.

Note:
Then maybe very different things happen. You have to have a good money management to not lose everything very quickly.

Once the astrological trend has been determined, you must always enter in favor of the trend with the help of the analysis of some other trading system. The use of stop loss is important.
This causes expense. But in the long term the benefit is much higher than the losses.

I hope you are well. Is there any way to backtest Q Spectrum on TS? Visiually it is possible on large cycles, but I want to test it for smaller timeframes and smaller cycles.

Hi Becks,

The method that works best for me is to also compare the projection lines to a chart of data future to it visually as well... I do this down to the 5 min tf. Sergey has mentioned on numerous occasions that although he has built back test functions into the program and WFA (Walk forward analysis) a visual check may offer more information. I still find that I trust my eyes more than a statistical analysis.

I don't fully trust the LBC set back approach either... so I have lots of files that I can load that offer me the opportunity to see how a certain approach with Spectrum or Q Spectrum would have panned out, absent the data for the period I am testing.

My main approach remains using 10,000 bars of 30 min data to project movement just 1 week into the future. Hope that helps,
