Please forgive intrusion to your fine trade journal, dollarsign, however, I have great curiosity why you call it buy/sell "stop" journal and why you put the word "stop" in the phrases such as "gbpusd: buy stop"

Do you mean "entry order" when you say "stop"? That is my theory at present. Or are you employing the convention of the telegram where the word "stop" was used in the place of a period?

Hello fxnewbie:

buy stop means when the price goes up to this price, I will buy it. sell stop means when price goes down to this price I will short it.

For example, in trade #5, usdjpy, I placed "buy stop @119.43". It won't get executed untill the price goes up this price.

I do have my own model. I have been using many models from forexfactory forum. Vega is the best for me so far. I am using Vegas daily & Pic bar to identify the next day trend and use Vega 4H and 1 H as an entry/stop/exit.

I feel Vegas 1 H is very good. especial, when the price is sitting on the Vegas line. Of course, stop/resistence should be taken into consideration(most important).
