They are all very similar now and have to behave (to a large extent) in Australia now. It is so easy to report them and get them investigated.

If I sign up with an ASIC broker as a European, and in the event I would have a problem (withdrawal issues for example, stop loss hunting, etc.).....it there even a remote chance I will get fair treatment, by either the broker or a report to ASIC...?
i'm also considering starting an account with Blueberry Markets, partly because two forex educators i'm considering learning from, use them
yet to fund my account (as i'm still figuring out the most cost-effective way of funding my account) as they are based in Australia and my capital are mostly in my hong kong based bank accounts. currently, i'm with IG Markets which has a Hong Kong bank account, so it's very easy for me to just deposit monies to fund it.
while trying to figure out how to fund my blueberry markets account, i find them both helpful and perhaps overly eager to make it happen, including absorbing the remittance fees (for transferring $$ from my HK account to their aussie bank account)
but in short, their customer service is great. can't comment further untill i start trading via them

I've had the same experience! They are calling me every 2 days! Also absorbing all transfer charges.
It all sounds good, but I would like to hear about people that have actually traded with them AND made consistent withdrawals as that is THE MAIN point.

I've got some good recommendations from here and forexpeacearmy on brokers as Oanda are closing my account because I'm an NZ resident and the NZ govt has changed their rules on broker registration. I'm in the process of signing up with Blueberry Markets and Tim, their sales guy has been great so far. I've just received my live account details and have mt4 installed and working. I'll update in a month or two after some trades and a withdrawal to test their systems.

do they have a NZ bank account for deposits and withdrawals?
My BBM platform is frozen again as I write. This happened right after two red USD news events. Anybody else?

Thought i'd come back and update on my experience so far. I have not had the issues you describe and have had no problems. I completed a withdrawal last week that took about 5 working days to go through to my NZ bank. I had a small issue with a trade, but the BBM support guy Tim got back to me very quickly and we sorted it out. All in all no complaints so far.

hi MT, if your broker has no NZ bank account, what is the exact process of getting the NZ dollars into your NZ bank account?
is your broking account in Ozzie dollars? thank you
