Disliked{quote} Yes, I can see where you are coming from and I see a number of benefits. 1) It can be traded for just a few hours per day (EA gets given trading hours) when the spread should be much lower. 2) Less likely to have Swap costs, which still need factoring into the Daily Strategy. It would require R4M to allow the EA to trade multiple TF's and we could have another thread just to discuss the lower TF's therefore not detracting from the Daily Strategy. I am full-time in this business and have more than one PC to do my testing, so I am happy to...Ignored

Disliked{quote} {quote} @Robot Trader -- I was thinking of removing all TF restrictions and take you up on your offer of OP'ing another thread devoted to the lower TF's. And, so, I just now checked your profile to see what experience you had in hosting threads and came across your "Trash Traders Thread". Too funny !!!! Why didn't you tell me? There were times I could have used a few laughs.Ignored

Disliked{quote} @jdva -- earlier today I revisited that issue and changed some code. In the next update -- which I haven't yet released -- I hope that has been fixed. I'll post another update before the next market open.Ignored
DislikedLower Time Frames I wanted to share a nice result from testing at a lower time frame. The chart below is GBPNZD-H4 using optimized parameters: {image} The BD strategy continues to work well under a variety of different pairs and time frames -- which is good, right? But, as always, there is a trade-off. There is no single set of parameters that will work under all conditions. And this is also the case for the 100's or 1000's of EAs I've worked with in the past. Each pair and time frame must be passed through the optimizer -- this is how we "calibrate"...Ignored

Disliked@R4M...thanks for the updates, please allow a question regarding trade executions on trading EA: What does happen with upcoming entry and exit signals at the daily rollover times or other high spread times, f.i. News events, when the spread is higher than the 40 points? Get the signals cancelled then or does the EA wait for henceforth times when the spread is again below 40 points? thx, jdvaIgnored
Disliked{quote} Just to say it was Skyway's chart and indicator not mine, so these are his observations regarding trading the smaller TF's and no doubt he will provide some clarification of his rules for Entry and Exit. Like I said in my earlier post I am happy to help and so if Skyway does not want to start a thread, which at this stage is really based on his observations for smaller TF trading using the current indicators and one he put forward, then I will open the thread, which overtime may well take many twists and turns. Unlike R4M I'm not one for...Ignored

DislikedAmazing piece of work R4M This stuff is neatly picking SR zones all over the place. Thank you for the hard work. I really appreciate it. Entries are spot on. Exciting times ahead. This thing will pip all day and all night. Unfortunately, exits are premature. Exit on opposite band is not working correctly. In a long trade, it is seeing the lower band as the exit. Vice versa for short trade. I am getting really impatient with you on this....lol... I thought you are smarter....{image} {image} {image} {image} You need to add a function for...

Disliked{quote} {quote} By the way -- are you using the latest version? Are you referring to the indicator or the EAs? Could you send me a screen shot that shows an incorrect Exit. Also, it may be the way I'm making marks is confusing. For Exits, I'll simply mark an 'x' if it meets one of the 3 Exit conditions.Ignored
