Well todays PMI did not help on a bear view. Guessing we are not getting any deeper retracement. Might consolidate here, before going higher. If we get a dip i will long it.

150 ema still holding atm on eu (1.1314). 200 ema still holds on usdx. (96.50)

MAs can break, happens all the time. On the hourly we can see that bears have moved down. Break yesterdays high and it will be flying. Bulls was protecting the 1180/85 level. I longed it, the bear in me got impatient, closed it, bought the T-shirt with the print "Stupid"! Still wearing it. Bears moves 20 pip down, bulls move 60 pips up. I cant short here. I will wait for some kind of reaction.

yes, Ma's do break. The last 5 times it pushed down. Will it push through this time, on the anticipation of a rate cut? I dont know. Bulls seem pretty intense. Than, they always do at highs. Like USD bears do at lows. The reality atm is, eu is having problems with the 150. Not sure that's enough to slingshot over the 200. The 150 is less of a R most often than the 200. The 150 is like the Junior Varsity. I agree about it looking bullish. Bullish into resistance. The bears won't last forever, but they have to be beaten.
Atm pa has closed a previous year lower, Quarter closed lower than previous, month closed lower than previous, week closed lower than previous. Todays pa can change week. Sunday can change the quarter and month. If they do, chances are average I can buy it here after.
The day close at 1310, may be closed under today. The week close at 1204 could be closed under too. The month at 1167 could be closed below Sunday. 12 hours till close is a long time. Throwing away a few pips at 1314 for the R/R ratio will sting less for bears than. Being long and a drop to 1202 will. just my take on Risk to reward.

when the gbp and others dropped.. it left room for eu to rise some. usdx has room to drop now within the 200. eu has room for 16+ higher. some R 1332ish..
