So is pepperstone a broker then? I have OANDA right now... I was using JAFX, but they don't service U.S. clients anymore. I've only been with OANDA a little over 3 months.

NZDCAD amazing setup! It's like extended divergence...great short opp. I have half a lot in due to my margin, but looks like itll be a nice move down.

Edit: closed NZDUSD positions and went in on NC

I don't like letting trades run overnight, but i've had success with it in the past...so i'm going to try and trust myself and let them run.

I didn't get the best entry on NZDCAD so hopefully that pans out.

There's the hope word again. Not a good word. The divergence i'm seeing have been past tell-tale signs of a quick reversal, so that's what i'm looking for here. It would be nice to feel more confident when seeing similar set ups.

I was able to grab 20 pips off NZDCAD but my other got stopped out.

Looking for a drop on USDCAD again this morning, bounced off the resistance and extra divergence on RSI.

AUDCAD is looking to drop on the RSI and resistance this morning.

EURNZD looking to short on the 15m.

AUDUSD is showing a nice long opportunity. Waiting for confirmation to enter...I've been slapped around the markets today. I had good orders floating in profit, then out of nowhere these big ass candle wicks stop out all of my positions.

Mega frustrating. Especially seeing the results.

AUDCAD is showing nice bearish divergence on the 1H. Not sure when to enter or not...

It always interests me how the market works. The days that you have bad days, loss after loss after loss, it's seemingly endless. But the wins make it all worth it. Kind of like golf - a sport I haven't played in several years sadly.

With every losing trade comes the self defeating thoughts of giving up, not being smart enough, good enough, not doing it right. Born broke, live broke, die broke mentality. I refuse to accept that. My entire life has been filled with those thoughts and feelings naturally. I believe that you can be born with bad genes, and I believe that I was born with them. But I also believe that they can be changed through habit. The power of habit is incredible. You can change your life entirely by just creating a few good habits that cost a fraction of your day. You can become anyone you want to be, you simply have to "do it".

I love the psychology of the market. I love the idea behind it, how the people move it. I love seeing a perfect entry and taking it, 'knowing' how the market will react in the near future. But worse is when you think you know beyond doubt and are still wrong. That is a defeat that I loathe. That defeat reminds me that I am human, and even if I have seen something play out 100 times the exact same way, I will never "actually" know what is happening.

None of us actually know what happening. In anything - life as an entirety. We've all just kind of "made up" words to describe all things we don't fully understand. Although frustrating in defeat, it's always humbling to be reminded of our humanity.

Such an amazing time to be alive.

Still looking for a short on USDCAD for today.

Definately not my best week ever. I got emotional and took trades that didnt suit me. I'm going to try to refine myself for next week.

I do that every week lol. Inevitably I find myself saying smaller fewer longer over and over ( smaller trades, fewer trades, held longer). Then when I get to sit down I'm like party time, and go a bit nuts...

Yeah it's easy to when it's all so quick and responsive live Haha. Hard to not pull the trigger when you 'think's you've got a clean shot!

The last few weeks kicked me around pretty good. I took too many trades too quickly, so I've decided to stick to 1 pair for a bit to ignore excess noise. I'm trading CADJPY and have had a bit of luck just sticking to 1 trade at a time with this pair. I've had a good number of winning trades for last week vs prior weeks, so this week I'll be keeping track again. I had lost some confidence but have regained it after earning back some losses.

Engulfing candle on 1h market open today so I jumped in. Looking to get out around the 38 fib and take another ride down before going to the 4h trend line. Kind of my plan for this pair for the week. Let's see how it happens.

Looks like my target wont get hit, closed at the 23.6 fib and am looking to short back down.

Price touched my trend line and looks to be finding support in an unexpected area. Going to watch and see what happens, not taking a trade this morning.

Found a few consecutive doji candles and a rise in the RSI. In for a long move to the 4h trend line hopefully.
