Hello Talec, I see that the EAs made a stable profit than a loss. Did you change something at that moment?

Also, did you see if some of the EAs kept on profiting. Recently I connect my account to FX BLue to follow the results and even the account goes sometimes on loss i see that some EAs keep being profitable. Those I move to the live account.

I ran the account for several more days after the stats I shared and it continued downwards. I finally stopped the test to free up space on my VPS. Perhaps if I had continued it may have recovered but it wasn't looking so good. Anyway, thanks for your efforts.

You are welcome, Talec! What I figured out recently is that the better EAs are created when the Historical data is huge.

I use the MetaTrader-Demo which comes by default in EA Studio and it has 200 000 bars on M1. This data comes from JFD and when testing the strategies on their server the results are great. (I understand that they had to pick one)

I have already started collecting data from 2 other brokers, and I will diversify the trading on 3 of them.

For now I practice the trading with EAs and creating EAs with EA Studio.

Talec, the thing that might caused losses is that when the data is small, the softwere will show results for small period of time. They will be optimized for small number of bars. And when actual trading, the chance to lose is bigger. But what I found is that the more bars I use, the more robust strategies I get. Simply, I get over 500 count of trades for my strategies which is a reliable statistic!

Talec, I have rechecked your data, and for sure, the problem comes from the Historical data. If you can get some more(look at the smaller time frames), I will create new EAs for you. Cheers,

surprised to see the topic. I recently started using the Strategy Builder and I am very satisfied with it. Can you please, share what range for SL and TP do you use when generating the strategies? Nice topic! Great you share EAs with others!

Hi Viktor,

For Forex I use from 10 to 100 pips for Sl and TP. I use also trailing SL in some of the EAs. At the beginning I Was giving it a smaller range, but realized that the wider the range is the better. Simply the software will find the suitable SL and TP.

Give it a try to place different ranges for the SL and the TP when running the same currency pairs. This will give you better diversification of the risk. Different strategies.

Andon, I have tested the EA Studio software the last month and I am so surprised with the results. I have generated 30 strategies and placed them for Demo trading. I did everything properly, using the right Historical data, strict acceptance criteria, range for SL and TP between 10 and 100, and here are the results:

Look at the total pips. Awesome! I wanted the month to be completed, because I did not belive it could have such results. I thought first that it is by luck, but I have already above 100 trades..and look at the equity line:

I was trading with EAs for a long time , but never ever did 30 EAs in one account, just because I coudn't afford it. I am so grateful you shared the system and the software! Thanks Andon!

Hey Victor! You did a good job, mate! I am happy that I was able to help you in this way. The EA Studio is really awesome! I enjoy it a lot. I had similar results the previous two weeks as well. I hope the performance will continue this way.

Of course, I will continue to create new strategies and test them. I believe this is the best way to find the profitable strategies...

I see checked some of the EAs that you provided and I see that there is the code of the Experts? Normally when I buy EA it comes without the code.

Yes, when I use EA Studio, the EAs that are generated and exported comes with the code. If you know programming it will be easier to learn from the code itself.

I was a bit busy testing all the EAs, strategies and different methods to create profitable strategies.

What I did recently?

I created 3 Portfolio Expert Advisors with EA Studio. What are the portfolio experts? These are expert advisors with many EAs inside the code. The difference is that we do not need separate chart for each EA.

For example, I have create 3 Portfolio EAs, with 100 strategies each. Which means that totally i trade with 300 strategies/EAs at the same time.

Here are results from the tests:

You see how many EAs are displayed but I am happy that at the end I do profits.

if anybody wants to test the Portfolio EAs, please, you can send me the Historical data, and I will create those over your Historical data.
