And again this thing of the "Bottom Line" and "Let the Market teach you...!"
I have written a lot on the issue. I see things differently and I motivated the reasons why.
Just a punctualization...
Is the market really a good teacher? No, it is not.
A multitude of agents randomly select strategies,
without assuming any intentional decision making at the individual level,
and the market selects the best-performing behaviours by excluding the unsuccessful ones.
That is the sad truth of the matter.
If one doesn't understand this evolutionary process and doesn't know how to read it and respond to it...
he won't learn anything.
He will be killed. And full stop.
One thing is the System and one thing the individuals.
The System will learn not all the individuals.
The "Adaptive Learning" must be known and scientifically executed.
"Exploration" and "exploitation" are not at all natural.
They are intellectual activities.
They must be learnt and well executed to lead you to the final success.
To be functional and operational... Market needs losers.
Meditate on this.
And please tell me where I'm wrong.

But as I already said, they are none of my business... not anymore.
Think what you want.
Do what you want.
Market is the place of maximum freedom of choice... ROFL.
Just an example of what I mean:
a trader could make all things wrong and... to be saved by a retrace or a spike.
That will condition him to behave incorrectly in all his future decisions.
It will take years to come out of that hole!
Am I a "man with a big cock" because of the fact that I have matured some strong convictions?
OK... market taught me them.
Better now? Scheme respected.

Recorded live in 2004!!!
Steve dedicated all his life and soul and brain to get there.
Study (the best with the best) and practice. And pain and suffering and repetition, repetition, repetiton...

Fascists this morning (The Republic Day) in Rome: "Peace and Love? No thanks. Hurrah for the Armed Forces."
Now anything is possible in this poor country.
Everyone is so used to it (or resigned) and no one is paying any attention to what is happening here, every day.
So I, one who criticize and react, I seem "rhetorical" and "out of place"...
probably violating FF's rules of conduct.
And then... what should I do? Remain silent and let them win?

“Old Rip Van Winkle Bourbon Whiskey” is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey.
A fantastic one... Very difficult to find.
At the entrance of their old distillery you could find this plaque with their motto.
"We make fine Bourbon... at a profit if we can, at a loss if we must, but always fine bourbon."
Exactly what I think about my trading (and this bottom line stuff.)
I don't care about the money. I'm focussed on my execution!
When I don't understand I become nervous... and so dangerous for me and the others.
This pannet1 didn't even understand the title of fti thread (and I think he is not alone!)
He was calling one of his account “Technical Analysis is a fallacy!”
He was always against the movement, adding with no criteria...
Arrogant and insulting guy is on my ignoring list!
dongsky analysed his trading and concluded "Market will eat you alive!"
...and fti is patting him on his shoulder?
Why? In the name of the Bottom Line?
It's 8 o'clock in the morning in Italy.
But anyway it is the right time for some, fine, 10years old Kentucky bourbon... Yes the Pappy Winkle motto.
