The next financial crisis is upon us. It usually happens at about 7-10 years periods. The last one was 2009... You do the math. I hope I am wrong but when that happens - the crypto prices will definitely tumble along with the FIAT currencies...

Again, $25 millions back into fiat! Great robbing tool!

Another "whale" dump?!...
That's how the big whales "absorb" the real dollars from the crypto enthusiasts, and then they buy again to lure them !
Easy money for crooks.
Pump-and-dump two-stroke engine, perfect money machine for crypto tycoons!

Guys, when the bitcoin was $ 19,900, nothing has changed essentially today!
Bitcoin was and still is the same asset essentially.
Meaning, 19,900 did not prove to be high enough to ensure that it will never collapse like a boulder down to the minimum profitability (mining) level !!!
Careful!

The only one reason that makes me believe in a new high of bitcoin. The reason is the following scenario: BTC is getting a new psychological high, for example, $25000, (a lot of traders will expect $100000 levels and start go long) and then, BTC is falling again... then... repeat. BTC needs a new levels to attract investments.

Was it another kind of bitcoin? Was it a bitcoin from another Universe?
What has changed? What has changed to make one believe it will be different this time?
IPOs died, ICOs are hardly decentralised...

What's new about bitcoin to rise again?????????????
I tell you what is new! A new HYPE is! Same story, same game, same final outcome!

Here is the simple sorit for you!

Bitcoin is blockchain.
Blockchain is best cybersecurity.
Best cybersecurity (is) comes with anonymity.
Anonymity (is) brings criminal environment.

What about bitcoin?
What about anonymity?

It's funny how the anonymity was supposed to be one of the strongest bitcoin feature, but it looks like it might be actually the biggest weakness.
Let's say the blockchain is totally safe...
Never mind the miners as the "holders of the canonical truth" bla, bla,... somewhere in the middle, as sort of third party middle-miner-man

What if a talented Neo build a trojan who discretely digs deep into the core of your device and get enough no-CD crack information to make possible a clone of your wallet device, drive, phone... huh? Alice payed Bob 100K, valid transaction! BAM!
If Neo will break inside and clone your Matrix, then there is no Sentinel or agent Smith to help you.
They will re-hash your blocks shuffling those bytes in no time (empty your account).
And no one can help you.

If your private keys got cloned, you got your company hacked and you'll get banckrupt in a couple of minutes.
A business can be wiped out right quick, totally cut from the root. And nobody can help you!
You're on your very individual own in the new millenial fancy encrypted jungle.
Because nobody can track the block-money.

- no victim identity => no valid charges;
- no tracks => no police investigation;
- no proofs => no trial, no justice;
- no assurance => no indemnify for your loss;
- you fkn die => you drag everything with you in the grave, private keys included;
You're on your own in the crypto world ...and in the next world as well
Pray to be lucky!

What about anonymity?!

What if someone bitcoin-bribes the policeman to look the other way when they steal ? Who will know about it?
What if they bitcoin-bribe the guard to let a door open in the server room to inject the trojan and they clone companies cyber-identities? How will you know who diddit?
What if I bitcoin-pay Neo to trojan your wallet for a private key clone? Who will know it was I ?
What if the special agent will come to get his bitcoin-cut after you sold your weed ? Who will know about it?
What if the goverment bicoin-sell some chemical missiles to some terrorist country to justify total annihilation later? Who will know about it?
What if the politicians get bitcoin-funds from mobsters and you'll be surprised that your constitution will look like a joke the next day ? Who can do smth about it if no proof ?
What if the lenders will bitcoin-lend more than borrowers are able or willing to pay back, and the public debt cannot be handled because the infamous keynesian machine is dead if no capital authority? Who can do something about it?
(yes, inflation is possible even if there will be only 21M bitcoins, forget the appearances you morons, because inflation is basically an economic phenomenon caused - among other things - by crazy (even subprime) lending, credit, labour market... the prices will skyrocket anyway because they don't entirely depend on the money supply, inflation is not a money endogenous phenomenon!)

All that sounds like a hellish world.
And your "safe" virtual currency is not designed to prevent such of these aspects.

Blockchain for money can be the ultimate hack tool, ultimate anti-global-order weapon.
But people just begin to understand that.
That's why bitcoin cannot store value.
That's why it has a hallucinating volatility. The pretended trust is no-trust at all!
That's why bitcoin will always come down at the minimal level after it swells up like a balloon...

"So....Just to repeat coz I'm stupid" -you didn't have to say this. It was already apparent.

you're still not understanding the difference between a digital asset, where the integrity and security is actively maintained, which costs money in the form of electricity and processing power, and a physical product.

so let me explain it to you like you are 5:

Bitcoin's security relies on lots and lots of people using electricity for processing power. That electricity costs money.

They do so because they get paid in bitcoin.

These bitcoins never go away. After you spend a Bitcoin, it doesn't disappear, it goes to another account. The number of actual bitcoins only ever increases.

This means that they spend money on electricity to mine Bitcoin, which secures the currency from fraud.

every so often, the number of bitcoins becomes halved and will eventually be zero.

when no more bitcoins are being produced, nobody will mine anymore because it will still cost electricity, but they will no longer get paid to mine.

with nobody mining, bitcoin is no longer secure and is susceptible to fraud, meaning it's worthless.

when this happens, nobody will use Bitcoin any more.

when that happens, the value of bitcoin goes to 0.

Now, let's go to a physical product like a car.

Soa car needs maintenance too, and that maintenance costs money.

When that car is no longer in production, the number of working versions of that car decrease. There are fewer of them because they get into wrecks, they break down, they just get left in junk yards, get chopped up for parts for other working models, whatever.

Because there are less vehicles over time, the law of supply and demand kick in and the value of that vehicle increases more than the value of the materials used to produce the product.
Currency is a joke. And that's precisely why I trade it.

Another thing about electricity, all it takes for everything to breakdown is for electricity to go out permanently. Comedian George Carlin said it best.

Your assumption that when subsidy ends up near zero that bitcoin becomes insecure is fake obviously you missed the point that transaction fees will rule the security domain and miners earn fees there will always be some subsidy until the integer calculation overflows and just sets to 0 in hundreds of years.

imagine bitcoin is at a price point where a typical fee is 1000 satoshi which is day equivalent to $1 and there are say 10000 of these per block that’s $10k usd of value available per 10 min now compound this across lightning networks and payment channels it’s basically a distributed visa network but subsidized security through game theory.

also whoever keeps posting that bitcoin is anonymous is also trollling because every output of bitcoin can always be traced backed to their genesis of ownership meaning if your a bad guy and any of your outputs hits a known kyc end point your game is over. Your stuck. Where in cash world it’s not so so terrorism is still ruled by fiat cash. However the day will come when bitcoin does become fungible and that’s the point of no return
