hi Hutch,
post 35 gives a break down of traded instruments and marecki trades more than only forex, but no metals as yet.
to maintain a thread takes quite a bit of effort (thank you for that marecki) and I think its better to have everything in one place.
you can always direct people @ MM to this thread.
