Now, for example if you trade on both pairs 1 lot full range (wow)
EUR/GBP yesterday (Friday) Range = 52.4 Pips x 1 lot x $ 12.63 = $ 661.812
GBP/AUD yesterday (Friday) Range = 100.1 Pips x 1 lot x $ 6.93 = $ 693.693

So, from above example the Daily Range of EUR/GBP just half of GBP/AUD but because of bigger lot value the real $ result approximately same.

From this example you may consider the ADR as relative value depend on your pair selection, in relation with risk calculation.

If you pay attention when Central Banks announce their new Bank Interest rates, it will not measure in pips but in quarter percentage basis point like 0.25, 0.50 etc or when you watch financial news, they never say GBP up for 50 pips today.. lol they will use percentage. So, in Institutions/banks floors level trading there will be no targets in pips, but in quarter percentage basis point. the price value up/down movement raw data measured relatively in percentage from open price.

This is example of EUR/USD M30, use 1/8 percentage basis point (0.125%) measured from GMT 0 Daily Open Price

Price entered TMA after break of 4 day herd zone, but had already entered long term herd zone so if manual trading I would have waited for break above.

So, on EUR/GBP what Bro @Moodybot pointing at with M1 TMA Bands and HH target , from Weekly range point of view of Institutional trading term is 0.75% up target that relatively 50% from previous 0.375 % up target.

24H in minutes = 1440 = ATR
8H in minutes = 480 = Half Period

Bro @ParisBoy, I already inform you b4, that I know how to deal with envelopes and centered MA, with multiple sine waves. The fact that I don't use it in my template explaining that the range and waves mapping could handled better by TMA bands and unbound oscillator.

So, would you please not discuss further more about envelopes, and lets go back on this thread main discussion that currently focus on ADR. My previous post, about example on ADR calculation using percentage measurement as alternative ADR measurement.

Yes we all took time to chat it was not just your time spent, but the thread lost direction or it took a weekend break, which might not be a bad thing because we got more people posting which in itself was interesting.

My apologises, deleted now, but it was to show that Nih98 as got everything covered, why do you think I asked him to open his own thread in the 1st place, the guy is a genius, why would I want any other of my old indicators

No problem, I think it's very obvious how highly I rate Nih98 even though I have traded for a long time (yes using the you know what) and other things, but now I have found a great guy that is well worth hanging onto every word and post he shows
