Interesting idea, I have attempted similar thing automatically using Long term HeatMap, but did not work very well, maybe using manual selection system will work better. I also tried this idea automatically with Basket_trader_TS by combining Swing+Sema+HAS2, but only had mixed success, could be just not the right setup yet and also the AddTos behave differently in BasketTrader.

I am letting the DB and TS take the trades. Settings I,2 and 3. Largest drawdown less than 12 pips. Will download another demo and set 3 only to see what that will do.

If you have set 1,2 and 3 to true then that will be the same as setting 1 to true only. I have not tried using the CycleTS with less than 3, that is definitely something to consider when trading in direction of the main Trend technique.

My reduced pair sets Cycle test also failed to reach their target before EOD, so closed them manually:

However, my All pairs + RSI(1440,4) did reach my reduced target of 250/125 pips, even though it selected less pairs than your (1440,2) test:

I had some pairs close in profit on opposite signal which has brought the equity back up nicely. The only pair that is of concern is USDCAD.

Very nice comparative results thank you. ADR is now running at just over 1500 pips wondering where the cash is going perhaps US equities? Here are a couple of results again for Cycle Trader H1 and H4 with increased lot size and closed manually after observing CDR/ADR reached. They both opened on Tokyo and interesting to see similar MAX EQUITY yet drastically higher MAX DD on H1 with 4 x number of trades again highlighting to me the effectiveness of the higher timeframe and RSI 1440 filter. I am drawn back to H4 for reduced risk on smaller account sizes or increased lot size for H1 but with lower EL/TP expectation getting out early one n done daily before seeing potentially rapid reversals. Also very nice result Pip Poppy for running two trading weeks on 0.01 continuous; just a matter of interest when would you decide to close up and take profit on this? Cheers

When selecting more than 1 Ball setting the lowest numbered Ball setting always wins and the higher numbered ones don't matter. I have also added add to winning trades based on the fractals as in other TSs.
Also added the days of the week, which I saw in your screen shots and looked good.
You will also be able to select a different Ball exit setting than the one used for the entry for an exit. In my test I will enter with the ma and 1 Ball setting and also have the 3 Ball setting for an exit.

The settings shown in my screen shot will be the ones being tested next week on all 28 pairs and the GBP only 24/5 to see what happens.

Earle: Any other tweaks that may help.

I love these new extensions to CycleTS. In the past I have been a fan of PullBack trading within the main trends using HAS variations, however, this has so far been difficult with CycleTS, until thanks to Earle's ideas to do it manually with MA filters. Based on Earle's idea I have just started out using Daily and Weekly HM filter as a way to automatically filter Cycle trades going in direction of longer term trends. Having some MA filter built into the Cycle trader will make PullBack trading with the main trend easier to accomplish and more visible historically. I have not found a way to look at the HM historically, so I find it difficult to visualize it's potential as a Trend filter.

There is a limit using rsi filter.

Some of the trades ended with a negative return.

I think that I will just let it run and open / close progressions on opposite signals.
The closed equity for only 2 weeks worth is excellent.
Most of the DD can be attributed to one pair only which had been in high profit before reversing but still not opposite signal.
I perhaps need to drop that pair down to only using 2 instead of 3.
