With respect, it hasn't anything to do with multiple tops or bottoms, that's an after event description for those who couldn't work out real price action.
The gap is a leading target, the low was defined by ADR maxing out without news, the doji filled the second gap.
No guessing.
George left off the MA's, well worth putting them on and studying a little closer.

Agree regarding different feeds for that particular chart. Below chart is my feed from Oanda and shows completely different picture for that gap closed by doji. See the last 5 bars back from doji, no gap. But important thing here is the thinking process and training your brain to see these details.

It is not to do with where you live it is your Brokers server time and who his their liquidity provider, some Broker have more than one liquidity provider.

So they switch from one to another getting the best price they can for your order to gain more profit for themselves this is done within milliseconds.
Some people say I'm lucky, but the more I practice the luckier I get

I don't think the level talk was wasted -- I think it's all part of the puzzle.

What I'm trying to come to grips with now is this 0.1 pip gap being a target. I mean -- wow -- who would ever look for this, let alone be able to detect it so precisely? By the way, that is a rhetorical question -- I realize @George did and has.

You know -- someone should write an indicator that can detect gaps down to 0.1 pips.

By the time your indicator show that 0.1 gap, price has move far far away before you can interpret it and made profitable decision.
Looking and study chart hindsight can be of help just to a 0.1 point.

If you define a gap as abs( O(x) - C(x-1) ) > d, I seem to get quite a lot of them:

And this is only for d = 0.002, there are a lot more if I use 0.1 pip...

lease check ur chart prices between the bars in the black square boxes ,,,
I could be wrong with my 64 yrs young eyes ,, BUT
I think u will find there are gaps of approx. .01 of 1 pip there in the 3 places
