Wednesday session was actually quite moving today.

Same trade management as the last 2 days.

4 trades (SIM): -11 +12 +1 +12

T1: short on a pull back at bottom of range, that took me out cleanly at SL.
T2: long on a pull back at top of range, that went straight to TP
T3: short on what I thought was a 123 back into the trend. Went to +11T then took me back at +1T as per trade management.
T4: long on a 2b middle of big candle. Price reacted well on the fill, then stalled a bit and finally went to TP a bit slower than usual, but still within 20s or so. Quite straight forward in the end none the less.

You guys think some swing traders held long over the weekend and are hoping nq gets back up there soon????
Cause it never filled the gap and is dropping . . .
Makes me glad my trades last a few seconds/minutes.

i approach each day the same wait for trend trade pullback 123 and 2b and s and d entrys get 2 and get out

Not that I would foolishly claim that I am successful with it or anything, but it is one of the nice part of that approach.
You don’t need to guess anything about longer term.

It is just the “now”.

You just have to be careful with the news some days, especially the 10am news, as there can be a wicked big candle forming around that time.
Apart from that, just find your entry within the short trend happening now, and you are either right or wrong within seconds.
Then next.

You are often done within 30 to 45 minutes (as I find it quite tiring for the brain to keep the focus), and then you are free and back next day at the opening.

To everyone its own, no worries, but personally I like the few points above

Only 2 trades today, very close to each other in the middle of the session.
Same trade management as the rest of this week.

2 trades (SIM):

T1: short on what I thought was a nice 123s back into the trend. Price didn’t really reacted on the fill, but it went to +7T and thus took me out at +1T as per trade management.
T2: short from a nice departure from the zone with thrust bars. Price reacted well, but unfortunately stalled a little bit around entry before shooting down. Thus, it took me out at +1T before shooting down, as per trade management.
