Disliked{quote} @TopCover -- nice screenshot and explanation. Thanks for the good word. And just to be clear -- the idea of tracking targets -- i.e. TOPS and BOTTOMS -- is @George's. With @SwingMan's help an indicator was created. The indicator simply follows the rules @George had previously described. Actually, @George would probably take exception to that statement because the indicator currently only "approximates" his rules. But with his help I'm hoping to make it more accurate and at some point earn a "one thumb up" from @George -- that's my goal --...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Robots4me - just one wee question - can you advise how you save your preferred settings on the Detective so that they open each time you drag onto a chart? I prefer not to use the TMAs feature at the moment but find myself having to de-select TMAs each time?Ignored
DislikedI was curious and did a Google search for "MMDetective". Most results pointed back to this thread at FF. But there was one that caught my attention: https://forexwikitrading.com/wiki-trading-systems/money-maker-detective-indicator/ It appears that Hamdi Boukamcha -- a "Ph.D", no less -- is promoting this indicator as one he created. He even uses pictures and content that I had posted earlier -- with a few grammatical errors that he introduced. Here is how Dr. Boukamcha describes himself and his "team": "We are a team of highly experienced...Ignored

Disliked{quote} You trade Z-Lines in a completely different way to the method on this thread (which you will obviously know, if you have been trading them for more than 10 years). If you are simply asking that a similar time-tag to Blubbb's one be added to the OP's one, then fair enough but introducing this randomly into the mix may cause confusion. Just sayin'.Ignored

DislikedHi Robot Can I say that i think there has been some misinterpretation regarding the feelings from the guys on Georges thread regarding your indicator. I don't think anybody has a single issue with an indicator being made or made in response to Georges method. The indicator looks to draw the lines in a correct manner which is great. What it cannot show though is traders discretion when deciding whether to keep or remove a line. This can be really important. Also, more importantly, it cannot explain to a trader why a level may have had price action...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I just want to encourage my friend @Robots4me, that his project here is on the right track. That tools (Indicators, EAs, Scripts, Panels, etc) that write in the right codes and deep understanding about market structure, price action, market psychology, etc will work. NIHIgnored
Disliked{quote} Andy, There seems to be some confusion, I have not posted an indicator it was Simnz (which I have not had chance to look at yet) Ultimately I would look to develop an EA based upon SL hunting, which seems to be what the strategy is more or less about, (if you like following the big money) My thoughts were based around Harmonic trading where you either trade the pattern once its formed or you look to trade the last leg of the forming pattern. So I was thinking of the latter where the SL accumulation zones (based upon MM Detective Indicator)...Ignored
