no problem robots4me I have my own thread . I was just bouncing on Swingsman's chart published above

moreover as I have written envelopes are a plus, they allow you to rationally hierarchize Tops and Lows which are at the basis of your reflexion - you could find it useful.

@parisboy -- thanks for understanding. And I have no doubt they would be useful. Just hang tight and once we get through with MTF TOPS and BOTTOMS then it would be great to explore different ways of where to go from there.

I've bought into the concept of MM targets. I like the idea of automating the detection of TOPS and BOTTOMS. I created the MM Detective indicator and am now working on a MTF version.

You say -- and these are your words -- " I go straight to the frontline identify the real roadblocks, solve them upfront in the nose as in now." Okay, Mr. ShowMeYourTrades -- let's see it. Show us your solutions. Show us the roadblocks you've overcome. The truth is you contribute sh-t -- but you rag on the rest of us in the hope that we will reveal something to you without you having to work on it yourself.

If you wish to follow-up with me that's fine -- just keep it sort of clean. I've been following FF long enough and have been banned enough times to understand that all threads have people like yourself that we have to put up with. @George and @moodybot and @bluesteele are much more reserved than me. If you get me going @twee might even revoke my membership permanently -- and, you know, I could give a damn. You say you are too old -- BS -- I'm older than you. @skyway -- I didn't misread your initial post -- I knew what you meant. It was my self-deprecating way of making light of your comment and providing you a gracious way out. I know you resent @George and his colleagues. But this is not @Georges thread. A few of @George's colleagues had chosen to make a few comments earlier, but no longer. You are welcome to contribute. I would like for you to contribute -- but not at the expense of having to listen to the whining.

As for the "answer" -- I don't think one exists. And, it doesn't really make much difference. I've reverse-engineered hardware and software in the past -- but there is no way to reverse-engineer the MM's psychology. The MM has all the data and we have none. The best we can do -- in my opinion -- is to prevent from getting sucked into their head fakes and make a few pips here and there while they are planning their next move. Maybe, just maybe, over time someone here might get good enough they can anticipate a move ahead of time -- I don't know. We'll see. I never cared for @George's use of referring to this as a "journey". To me a journey has a leader followed by a herd. I approach this more as a process -- we are all equal -- some more than others. I'm really motivated to succeed -- I really, really hate to fail. And I'm hoping others see it that way as well and will share their results and observations. I only have one set of eyes -- in this case the more the better. We have an advantage over @George -- he only had one set of eyes and it took him 20 years to figure it out. I don't have 20 years left.

The following has nothing to do with Georges work

In between times when there is no trades on spikes taking out Highs & Lows as George explained, I look elsewhere to make money.
George talked about HERD BEHAVIOUR - here is my back up plan to make some money while I am waiting.
As I don't have a dog to walk, I trade via signals on my chart.

I use the line chart to look for Optimizied Trendlines at the close of a candle As the Algorithm is so precise, it hits the line by the pip but it goes hidden on a normal candle chart.

I am looking for Algo Behaviour (herd behaviour) and trading for the break of this zone. The Algorithm is pushing the price either up or down but it gives away ITS INTENT on the line chart.
First look at a normal GBPJPY M15 chart from Friday. Also notice there is a line which is Fridays Low, a real nice target to trade a possible reversal from.
Then look at the Line Chart version, notice the optimizied trendline riding the price upwards creating an affect of a Herd behaviour or here I should say Algo Behaviour.

So trading against this Optimizied Line and waiting for the price to change direction is the trade but I attack it with up to 5 trades in a basket.

Now something interesting occurred after the Optimizied Line was broken.
See what happen next and this is a Trap set by the Algorithm. It created a Lower Low after breaking the line, then moved up to create a Lower High.

THIS WAS THE TRAP - because the Algorithm wants to trap both the Buyers & Sellers at the same time.

Sellers would start selling at LL2 because they see a setup. However after making a Lower Low, price ran up to take a Higher High destroying the sellers and catching all the Breakout traders at the same time.

Of course it then went downwards to destroy all those Buyers.

Pretty easy to see the INTENT on a line chart.

Please note this is my own assumption only but it is very profitable on top of Georges Setups. Right now there is one on EURCAD which has worked out very nicely.

So here's the EURCAD trade just closed. The result for 38 pips but it should offer a lot more if I didn't need to quit trading for a hour.
I am only posting this info to show whats possible if you study both candle charts and Line charts together.

PA is shy of 4 pips from H4 line. Looking to the left I can see 2 H4 candles where PA stalled. Is this the reason why we should hand drawn those lines????

In M5 looks like accumulating more orders. Is market waiting for more BUY or SELL orders???
Is this the moment when experience trader said wait for Market to show hand????

@mixedbags -- you are posting a lot of charts that have little meaning for the rest of us. You are asking questions very specific to your particular trades. This doesn't add value for the rest of us. Sit back, relax and things will come.

@RickM's charts are different. He's been around the block a few times. His charts teach us something. Your charts do not. Basically you are lost and you want someone here to "unlost" you -- but that's not the purpose.
