Disliked{quote} We mostly guess right what he means , you are an excellent english teacher!Ignored
Disliked{quote} Per account. I never open more 1 trade per pair. Its critical don't break that rule for have better resistance to DD. I tried many kind of hedges but this is only can digest big DD with possibilities don't blow accountIgnored
Disliked{quote} If you used higher leverage and then closed profitable you know that you have partial closes of the one in red pips option, right? So for example if you have 5% DD on wrong trade and you closed 6% on right trade you can close half of the red trade with less then half of profits banked....and so lower max DD. Or you can close 25 or 33% of red trade. Depending what lot size you are using. You obviously cannot close 50% of 0.01Ignored
DislikedThis is my performance this year. Honesty I'm not satisfied because is low comparing my natural performance but as I'm using low volatility pairs then its difficult make more 25% with my low number of trades per month. At least in manual i preferred sacrifice performance for have more relaxed trading and more free time for code {image} {image}Ignored

I used translator because i answered in my language "You never reach a margin call if the cycle is balanced. The thread TE is a test of how low the floating losses are. The only limit is on operations. It is what I have explained in the last posts. Since the bad operations are closed after covering the losses that they caused when they close, your equity will always be positive. It really is something that works if you agree to have a certain percentage of DD. But...Ignored
Disliked{quote} the problem I see here, it's if the floating losses grow quicker than the profitable closed tradesIgnored
DislikedYou have a phenomenal thread and your thought process towards MM is amazing[I'll be visiting this house quite often to sip on your coffee|Starbucks|Brain] Suggestion can you please exhaust a topic thoroughly [give it a week or 2] before moving towards something else or probably making a grocery list of things you look to cover in particular week/month and write extensively on them [it could be 1.staging DD 3%; 5%;10%;20% and its impact 2. diverging/converging DD from the norm 3. Congestion Areas] Enjoy your day ahead of You[Take Care]Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thanks for you words About your request Trade Graph tab shows enough info for get an idea about how DD affects. But if you are interesting about how works MM with different DD levels just I think this capture explains the base: {image} Its difficult you have big DD with this MM. Even theoric overleveraged thread TE DD should be 20%. But we are talking crazy high leverage trading. Precisely I up lot size for see how works in this kind of leverage ( 0.1 per trade ) PD: Just I don't have much free time for do a exhaustive day/week...Ignored
