FWIW I figured out the issue I was having had to do with the pair suffix on my charts. That's why none of the indicator's were functioning properly. I don't know why my basket creator is not creating charts with the suffix.

Ahh nice setup, yeah I have the older chip i7-4790 with 16GB, 500Gb SSD, integrated graphics (but only one screen), Win7. Might do better with a graphics card though (with only one screen I don't think it's necessary), I have plenty of memory though.

A separate graphics card takes the work load off of the mother board so it has more resources to do the number crushing.

Of course once you get your trading plan down pat you could get away with a lap top and one MT4 platform, no more of this testing, of course you will be making loads of money by then also, you can get those now with HD screens very reasonable, I got one for my grand daughter for Christmas.

It looks like the addons setup most people are using is smacking my no addons setup.
Great results either way!

great results by all contributors,well done...…..great many thanks gene..ius…. I think you have cracked it this time I will be with you all soon as poss....funny enough this cycle is very similar to my manual D1/ H4 trading strategy as my standard old template shows..so cycle is my xmas early /or late ..and makes life a lot easier....

Hi Eugene,

think there might be a possible issue with the Add to trade with Marty.

Below is a pic, first trade NZDCAD 0.02, first add to trade is 0.24! I checked another demo account and start trade was 0.05 and first add was 0.35 and second add was .40.
I guess this could mount up fairly quickly unless it is supposed to be like that and a little unsure how aggressive the Marty add is but would have thought it might be not quite as much as that.

I could also have something wrong in my settings but I have had a good look through and all looks in order.

I found the same bug on my NC pair.
Appears, the first sell batch was closed (also not sure why it closed) and when signal triggered another sell, it opened on .01 but the add-on continued to .07, .08 and so on.

I do not have an SL on this demo trade.

Yes there is definitely something wrong with the Add-ons, the Marty seems to be not resetting when starting a new cycle.

It should be a minor tweak but this version of add-ons is the best so far.

One temporary solutions might be to "Close Charts" and then reload with "Open Charts" after trading has terminated on TP or whatever, Otherwise we could be in for some large DDs.

PS: This seems to be only a problem, with the new Cycle TS, the Basket Trader TS Add-ons appear to be working correctly.

PSS: Also the temporary solution will require setting the DB to Daily TF to prevent trades repeating on pairs for the whole day.

Does anyone have enough data on the swing methods (2,2,24..2,2,48) to say statistically how often after entering a position that it goes against you and by how much or how often the position completely continues in opposite direction? Debating on placement of stop losses and take profits..seems as though positions continue in the direction of the trade more often than not but not sure about drawdown and how often by how much etc.

Not enough data yet to draw any firm conclusions, but Swing(2,2,48) will create DD's of 500pips or more before recovering which can take a few days. The safest way to trade them until more stats are gathered is with small lot size, I use the smallest 0.01.
