In the process of selling my house. Everything I have is sitting on the den floor. To be moved or sold. Downsizing to a smaller house. Getting rid of crap collected over the years. Trimming down to 1/3 size home. When I get into another house will be better. In the process of finding one to renovate to my lifestyle. Give me a few months..

That I am, I come through your neck of the woods often on my way to Texas. Take your time, I'll start compiling information and see what I can get to you online - it's a money maker, so we've got other things to discuss as well.

The gator was 7'6'' and pissed off. He could have done a lot of damage. I kept him for a few months..

Sounds good.. I still flip.. So I'm looking for a smaller house to buy. 6 bedrooms is too many.. people want to stay too long.

the day closing below 1272 is likely bearish again.. more so 1250, 1233 or 1209

Just look up COT report for April 9, seeing institutions and hedge funds continued building up eur/usd short positions.
Their net short positions increased last week by 3,014 contracts. The closing price on that day was 1.1262
