Very interesting result that With Add-ons and No Add-ons came close to the same result, if that trend continues then there is no need to take the riskier Add-on option.

Still testing and tweaking the Monster.

Here is from last night, this is still running, I will stop it in an hour or so, then start a new test with some new tweaks after the new day starts.

One reason for that is he was using a basket TP exit.

If going swing to swing using swing exits the adds would have made a difference.

OK need to get my head around this one; meantime here are some more daily results from the Swing only strategy 00:02:00 - 18:00:00 BST:

1) Swing H1 Add on Daily
2) Swing H1 No Add on Daily
3) Swing H15 HM5 DB15 TP/SL15 Add on Daily
4) Swing H15 HM5 DB15 TP/SL15 No Add on Daily

The Swing H1 weekly continues having lost some 300 pips today following the 2 x 250 pips basket collection with plenty of time for turnaround yet.

Question still remains for me; where do we draw the Basket SL whether scalping or going for the weekly open on the Swing strategy?

I noticed the trading session is set to 17:02 to 23:59, would you not want the swings to trade 24 hours, like in previous tests?

I do that because I won't be here to start it at 17:02:00, this way I won't miss the start up.

Later this evening I will then turn on the 24 hour button before midnight so they will then trade 24 hours.

I could set a second session for after midnight but this works for me as I then look everything over after trading starts to see what it looks like before I go to bed.

I'm in heavy DD in all my Swing test setups, out of interest I will leave them to see if they actually recovery by themselves, or just keep going into more DD. Normally I would close down at end of NY session irrespective of position. This will also give me some idea of where the Basket SL could be set.

My swings as well. I planned on letting them ride for a week or two earlier this week so have been keeping them open. I'll see how bored I get watching them bleed before I nudge a couple settings and fire them back up again.

As long as we have some pairs in the green there is hope of recovery, any Add-tos should boost the greens over the reds, at least that's the theory....

My swing setup is the same as everyone else - in DD however I am not using any addons so will let it run it's course.

Here are my swing test for tonight, started at 17:02:00 CST, will see how they look in the morning and which one wins.

The last one is a Renko test of the swing that's been running since the beginning of the week on the GBPNZD, but the pair keeps moving sideways so hasn't triggered a trade yet.

I have studied some of the recent Alerts that did not trade with the Broker, it seems that the Alert occurs when the Pull back BO line is broken, however, it then checks to see if the trading is in profit or not before it places a trade, so if trading is currently at a loss for that pair then no Add-to trade is sent to Broker.

Hi Gene one of my Swing setups has been failing to create trades overnight although TS signals are present and as far as I can see the DB setup is ok. Please see attached. I can reset all however thought to share this first. Cheers

My swing H1 for the past 2 days. Add to trades now works flawlessly after setting Max trades to 50.
