Yeh, if eur is bombing up, usually gold is too (and vice versa).....not identical, but similar. Same with gbp and dxy....most seem to follow dxy to know where gbp is heading

ya see it in price and the indi is following along ,, but ,, every day trading ,, the ole weekly average has one doing what they can to make a few shekels as it plays out ,, then even refined down from tht to an everyday schedule,,, as in quarterlies to trade the boss (monthly) and the ceo (weekly ) to the worker bee ( daily chart) right down to what happens when london opens everyday,,, then back up ,, a day one piece to a week ,, a week one piece to a quarterly level etc etc ,, think ya get what IM saying

lol,, like any job there is a way to go about it ,,,,, coffee in the morning with a handy dandy coffee maker ,, ya dont run the water thru it without putting the damn coffee in the little filter or ya dont put the coffee in without the little filter etc etc ,,, your job ya go to everyday ,, one dont start suddenly doing shit backwards from the day before ,, there is an order to it ,,,, I dont do much planting in the winter lol ,,, just not the way shit is done ,,,, mkts dont work any different ,, there is a way they go about shit ,,, and its not what you have been told over and over again by most trading shit or jargon

Jp1 ,, think about how all your major losses happened ,, you had a good run ,then it turned ,, your good run was catching the mkt going the right way ,, the next time you tried it ,, you had a bad run ,, same approach but mkt waent going tht way ,,, so appraoch was useless ,, took everything ya made ,, thts how it always happens ,, dont fight it ,, figure out how to roll with it ,, most trading shit cant tell the difference either ,, one the majority of the time finds themselves on the wrong end of shit ,, tht should tell ya something about most trading shit lol,, then its the excuses,, damn mkt makers ,,, trading is a gamble ,, trading is a coin toss ,,trading is random ,,well bullshit to all of tht it isint those excuses work once or twice ,, after tht its just a bad habit and a way to let yourself off the hook and to blame someone else ,, much easier that way ,, certianly cant be ones own fault ,, those work if ya cant trade for shit ,, not a way to handle it tho,, you never improve or get to take advantage of wht is available,,, it aint easy no getting around tht ,, but it is doable ,,different approaches tht do work ,, it aint all this way or tht way ,, myself I aint gonna watch shit come and go,,,, I want it in my acct not exposed to the mkt ,,,I learned my lesson there ,, lol

I started reading this thread from the beginning. In January of this year, it was 15 pages in... just a few more now Digs, good stuff you were doling out to Lcky and MrM... I'm reading, looking, learning.

Nah dude you're good, just like the market some of it simply takes a little reading between the lines lol Hey you mentioned a little while back using M8, M48 charts.. what's your thoughts there?

lol,, truhfully I have cut my charts back in this little process , to ones tht all have or can get easy , hourly is working fine ,, ,, 8 hour is there yet ,, that aint going no where,, too long with tht one ,, the 8 min was more or less my m15 to most ,, do like the 3 min better than a 5 tho ,, it really isint the time frame other than the little scalping one for the retraces ,, the hourly will show the main levels ,, stochs a bit slow but its the pattern in tht also so no big whoop ,,big days the little xharts scaling gets a little fucked up ,,but so does an m15 ,, its the whole process during the day tht takes place anyway

definitely a few differences at some areas ,, 48 just a little more precise ,, the circle in the circle up there is 60 pips in there to get ,, the little pattern easier to see on 48 m ,, the whole pattern a little easier to make out on 48 plus the bear flag just before the big plunge in the stochs ,, it is still the quarterly high tho ,,the ole drop and pop hook pattern a little different ,, all in what one gets used too
