I think a good broker should be well regulated, and have quick deposit and withdrawal options. Although I wish there wouldn't be withdrawal fees every time I withdraw...

Very interesting thread, actually i think everyone has problem with evaluation of broker conditions and trading cost (spreads, slippages, commission, execution speed etc). My friend sent me amazing EA for this.

Well, basic prerequisite for trusted broker is FCA license. I tend to avoid offshore regulated brokers because of lax regulatory control over their activities. After all it's all about safety of your money and fair treatment and only regulation can ensure brokers don't have incentive to deviate and cheat.

The best broker in my opinion and experience is ICMarkets in Australia.
I have found that the Australian brokers are much better than the ones in Cyprus and the Caribbeans

Other things to consider when selecting the best broker are: The broker must be regulated, must have good customer support system, flexible and has a variety of currency pair options to choose from. Do thorough background check but read reviews cautiously because some are never authentic

Yes they offer decent services but I prefer to not keep all eggs in one basket, that's why trade with several brokers through one master account which controls other. Spread diversification works perfectly

Transparency is another factor to look at, what you see should be what you get, no surprises. You can usually find this out when you go through their terms and conditions.

Finding the best broker is very critical since it also determines whether you will succeed or not. Ensure your broker practises high level of transparency and customer care. Do not go for an unregulated broker who might end up disappearing with your money or come up with some exuse for witholding your money

The choice of your broker is very crucial, if you want to survive in the forex market. All you need to do to be a failure is to go for an unregulated broker with high transaction costs. That is the easiest way to lose money through forex. But if you are her to win, then first things first. Even if you trade well but your broker is a bully, you better give up trading coz you are facing a dry bank account

You missed transparency, most times the issue we get is when you get surprise charges later from what you were told or saw on their sites. So what you see should be what you get, and this is usually seen from their terms and conditions, you should go through this before you register.
