updated d could look like this. the problem is usd has one almost opposite. Fundi wise usd fed rates are ahead of ez. that makes eu more likely to fall to the d.

Well I got the final target @ 1.146 too , but to me 1.14188 was the end of wave 3 of bullish rally toward 1.146 & now The wave 4 has already started from 1.14188 & may lead FIBER to 1.128 - 1.130 to retrace again Upward toward final target.
