Dislikedsimilar to my first one, a hidden divergece between 1-2-3 pattern adds confusion. i'm still considering it since there's also a macd trend break, but again, i'm gonna need a little help to figure out if that hidden divergence is enough to discard of a long setup {image}Ignored

. In other words, .3 is a bulletproof rule, since it can only happend if price wasn't affected by a hidden divergence. otherwise it would just be a .2 or a trend continuation (LL, HH)_____

yes you can learn to anticipate after the trend break if it will give you hidden divergence. Simply wait for it to pull back to give you a valid 3rd wave

Hello Vdubus, Thanks for sharing. Sometimes when you look for this: 1. to 2. = Divergence 2. to 3 = No Divergence = Weakness = Reversal / Breakout You can see more or less perfect head and shoulders structure with price. Just an idea to confirm trade and maybe have better probabilities of winning trade? green pips
