MT4 News Calendar Indicator

Here's what I use for MT5 in relation to FF news .... not having breaking news though!
As you can see in the screenshot I have it modified & put in a chart which I do not use for trading but only to check for the upcoming events.
I think that it is a very convenient tool, so give it a try.

I will attach here for you the files you need.
a) FFCalendar.ex5 file must be put in the Experts folder inside its Market sub-folder
b) ffcalendar (main at bottom left - minimized at center bottom).tpl file must go in the Presets folder... this will bring you the modification you see in the screenshot.
Remember to change the filename from .tpl to .set otherwise it will not work (I changed it here because FF cannot recognize .set files)

Why my "newscal" look different ?
I mean compressed.
The same with different MT4 of brokers.
Somebody have a Idee what happen ?
And some Indicators the same problem.

I suspect you are using a high resolution display. If that's the case, close your platform ... then right click on the terminal.exe (or its shortcut) > Properties > Compatibility tab > Check "ovveride high DPI" and select it to "system". Apply ... Then restart your platform.
It generally solves the display issue.

Thank you for the quick help.
The display problem of "newscal" is solved.
But now the writing and other indicators and lines are very unclear. I need another solution.

Is there similar one for MT4 or maybe one that shows 3 columns - actual/predicted/previous?

Apart the one in this thread I don't know if there is another one for MT4 elsewhere; ... To put in my two-penny worth & as far as I'm concerned, since MT4 gets no updates anymore, I moved to MT5 which appears to be the next Metatrader day .. I believe that all MT4 brokers will eventually be on MT5 platform list, hence -sooner or later- all pro-coders would have to move themselves in it as well

for very long time,im requesting for an indicator,no attmepted it,i dono if it is difficult or dumb? would you please have a look and suggest me? thanks!

1. i want to see present pip count on top of anycandle indicator ,we have exe. files of anycandle inidcator on FFx forums,so i guess coders either need mq file or make it from a scratch.

2.this anycandle inidcator should show percentage line like 25%,50% or 100 % depending on ATR 20 days on side of it.

Is there a news indicator that plots a moving average(or any type of graph) according to the total value of news.

For example a low impact news for
MARCH 1ST AUD (commodity prices y/y) actual 9.1% previous 6.5% the impact value could be 9.1 -6.5= 2.6
MARCH 3RD AUD (Anz job advertisements m/m) actual -0.9% previous -1.8% the impact value could be = -0.9
MARCH 3RD AUD (MI inflation gauge m/m) actual 0.1% previous -0.1% =.20


High impact news (we are multiplying High impact news values by 3)
MARCH 3RD AUD (Building approvals m/m) actual 2.5% previous -8.1% =10.6*3=31.8

Medium Impact news (we are multiplying Medium impact news values by 2)

MARCH 3RD AUD (Company operating profits q/q) actual 0.8% previous 1.2% =.4

There was more news for that week but this is enough for as example

total score for that week would be 34.1

and you would need a value for next week and so on.

You would need few weeks to get an idea of the direction the currency is headed. And if this could be drawn onto a graph it would be easy on the eyes.
